大悲解脱恶趣自解脱之内修持诵日常修持加持海。 大悲解脱恶趣自解脱之内修持诵日常修持加持海。 大悲解脱恶趣自解脱之内修持诵日常修持加持海安住于此。 上师世间自在尊足下，恒时于心莲之中供养，恶趣自解脱之内修，为令念诵仪轨常持而作。皈依发心先行后，嗡 梭巴瓦 梭达 萨瓦 达玛 梭巴瓦 梭多 杭（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝས་སྦྱངས།，梵文天城体：ओṃ स्वभाव शुद्धः सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धो हं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho haṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性清净，一切法，自性清净，我）。从空性之中，于金刚护轮之内，嗡 邦（藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）之中，圆满具足特征之宫殿中央，黄金地基莲花日月垫分明。嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽）。舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）！ 俱生无造作，坦然之自性光芒，从法界中自生观世音，清净无垢身色白而耀眼，根本法身之双手合掌，支分报身之手中第一，持有无垢之白莲，持有清净烦恼之次第总集，持有方便与智慧无别之弓箭，枝叶化身之手中第一，持有引导轮回众生之念珠，施予救济饿鬼饥渴之殊胜，转动断除障碍具有意义之金轮，双足于莲花座上平等站立，三时善逝之法身，于六道众生观世音，如虚空般遍布之十一面，威严无量光之身中显现，五处卡萨巴涅，白红蓝，黄绿右手施无畏印左手莲花，莲月上心间跏趺坐，光明身如豆许明观想。 胜乐金刚佛母一面忿怒微笑红，四手持钺刀颅碗弯刀卡章嘎，骨饰庄严双足与父相拥抱，顶髻无量光寿自在父与母红，双运持寿命宝瓶充满生元精华甘露。 ༈ །།其东方持明虹身心髓，南方无等尼果扎娘赡洲扬名，西方化身法王松赞干布，北方胜者之自在噶玛巴，此四位上师虹身者，于口耳传承顶饰宝珠之下所说略作修改，于日常修持之时甚佳，且能立稳内修之根基。

At the feet of the Lama, Lord of the World, constantly offering in the lotus of my heart, the inner practice of self-liberation from the lower realms, is composed for the sake of the daily practice of recitation. Having gone forth with refuge and bodhicitta, Oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho haṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝས་སྦྱངས།，梵文天城体：ओṃ स्वभाव शुद्धः सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धो हं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho haṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性清净，一切法，自性清净，我). From within emptiness, inside the vajra fence, from Bhrūṃ (藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) in the center of the mansion, complete with all characteristics, the golden ground, lotus, sun, and moon cushions are clear. Oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽). Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable)! The unadulterated, naturally radiant essence, from the Dharmadhatu, self-arisen Avalokiteśvara, pure, stainless, the color of his body white and radiant, the two root hands of the Dharmakaya joined in prayer, the first of the branch Sambhogakaya hands, holds an immaculate white lotus, holds the series of purifications of afflictions, holds the inseparable bow and arrow of method and wisdom, the first of the branch Nirmanakaya hands, holds the rosary that guides sentient beings in samsara, bestows the supreme gift that alleviates the hunger and thirst of pretas, turns the meaningful golden wheel that cuts through obstacles, both feet stand equally on a lotus seat, the Dharmakaya of the Sugatas of the three times, Avalokiteśvara for the six types of sentient beings, eleven faces pervading like the sky, the glorious body of Amitabha is clear, at the five places, Khasarpani, white, red, blue, yellow, green, the right hand bestows refuge, the left holds a lotus, seated in the lotus and moon in the heart, the light body is clear like a pea. The supreme consort, the secret yi, one face, wrathful and smiling, red, the four hands hold a curved knife, skull cup, sword, and khatvanga, adorned with bone ornaments, both feet embracing the father. At the crown of the head, Amitayus, the father and mother, are red, in union, holding a vase of longevity filled with the essence of the elements and nectar. ༈ །། To the east of that, Rigdzin Jatsön Nyingpo, to the south, Unexcelled Nyagme Nyigom, famous throughout Jambudvipa, to the west, the incarnate Dharma King Songtsen Gampo, to the north, the Victorious One, Karma Pakshi. These four lamas, the Rainbow Body Ones, slightly modified from what was said below the oral transmission, the crest jewel, is excellent for the occasion of daily practice and establishes the foundation for inner practice.
