The Pacifying Fire Offering of the Nine Deities Mandala of Yangdag Heruka Khon Tradition, Purifying All Faults. The Pacifying Fire Offering of the Nine Deities Mandala of Yangdag Heruka Khon Tradition, Purifying All Faults. Herein is the ritual called The Pacifying Fire Offering of the Nine Deities Mandala of Yangdag Heruka Khon Tradition, Purifying All Faults. Namo Gurave. Homage to the Guru). With the fire of ultimate truth, devoid of self and partiality, Burn the thicket of delusion and negativity. Having prostrated to the glorious Lama Heruka, I will explain the practice of fire offering. The Khon lineage's previous masters, such as Jamyang, had the practice of offering fire pujas to fully complete the mandala during the retreat completion, relying solely on the Vajrakila root mandala. Therefore, here too, a similar approach is made. It is permissible to perform the retreat completion based on the single Yangdag mandala. During the practice and accomplishment of the nine deities, this explains the easily portable fire offering procedure in two parts: gathering the materials and explaining the actual ritual. Firstly, during the retreat and accomplishment, it should be done in that very place. If done at another time, the ground should be subdued with a condensed earth ritual. The fire pit: On top of the ground where eight great bindus have been drawn, a semi-circular enclosure is the actual fire pit. Behind it, four finger-widths for the mouth, four finger-widths for the edge. Behind that, the four corners cut into squares, with inward-facing half-vajras in each of the four corners. The height of the platform or the decoration, the distance of the squares, should also be four finger-widths each. The inner third should be rounded, with a single-doored mandala facing oneself in the center. In the eight directions, single-doored mandalas, each with the door facing the center, making nine in total. The mouth and the edge should be surrounded by a vajra garland. The base of the fire pit should be white, and the cut lines should be red or blue, and it is crucial not to apply other colors. In the places of the deities, flower arrangements or colored powders matching their respective body colors should be placed. Elaborately, in the center, on a lotus and sun disc, a blue vajra should be drawn. In the east, the field staff and other attributes should be drawn separately. Or with milk-containing wood. If that is not available, then with animal-free dung, build it in a circular fashion from the edge of the fire pit's mouth, and place a large clove in the inner southeast corner. Clean all around well and anoint with good fragrance. In front of it, spread one's own cushion with a white inner lining. One's own

From the right side of the left stove, place two waters, preliminary supplies, and two white round tormas. From the left side of your right stove, place a twelve-finger-long wooden spoon made of firewood. Butter. Sesame or white mustard seeds. Excellent food mixed with yogurt. Rice. Rice. Barley. Wheat. Beans. Durva grass. Kusha grass are arranged in order. All the materials, utensils, and platforms for offering and burning are white in color. The shape of the utensils should be round. In addition, there are eight bundles of Kusha grass. In front of you, place a container for cleansing water. A Kusha grass scattering fan. Vajra bell. Damaru drum. Scattered barley. Arrange the inner offerings. Place a spoon filled with nectar between the vajra bells, with the mouth facing down. Place a fire screen coated with white plaster between yourself and the stove. Sprinkle all the substances with the five nectars. During the outer periphery, the practitioner bathes. Adorned with white clothes and ornaments, with the intention of pacifying sins and obstacles, face east, and sit in a cross-legged posture or with knees bent, slightly crossing the legs, in a manner similar to a practitioner reciting. Secondly, before the self-generation yoga recitation and supplication, combine the burning offering with the actual practice, which consists of three parts: the main practice, the main text, and the subsequent practice. The first part is finding and practicing fire. In this case, visualize the fire of samadhi burning very intensely, but do not actually ignite it. From here on, the hands should not extend beyond the knees, and certain behavioral norms such as holding the vajra bell and refraining from speech should be observed. The method of making bath water is: bathe with the following action mantra. Purify with Svabhava. From emptiness, from Sha (Tibetan: ཤཾ་), in a conch shell container with characteristics, from Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) arises clear and unobstructed bath water, possessing the power to eliminate the dirt and impurities of the stove and all utensils. Om Vajra Yaksha Bi En Ta Krita Hum Phat (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཡཀྵ་བི།།།ནྟ་ཀྲི་ཏ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།). Recite about twenty-one times and sprinkle it on the stove and utensils. Purify with the same mantra and Svabhava. From emptiness, from A (Tibetan: ཨ་), in the wide and vast wisdom kapalas, from Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) arise celestial offerings such as offering water, foot washing water, flowers, incense, lamps, perfumes, food, music, etc., clear and unobstructed, clouds of offerings arising from the auspicious Samantabhadra's conduct.
