With the specific intention that the virtues and glories increase like the summer ocean, one who has not heard much of the tantras, transmissions, instructions, and authoritative decrees of the teachings and treasures of Vajrakila, and who has gained some power, Padma Gar gyi Wangchuk Tsal, a subject of Jamgon Tai Situ, or otherwise named Lodro Thaye, based on the Indian treatises of Padmasambhava translated by Nyak Lotsawa Yeshe Zhonnu, the extensive commentary on the root text of the Garuda, the intent of works such as the 'One Hundred Thousand Black Connections,' and the collected teachings of the great Indian masters and Sachen Lotsawa, without corrupting the oral instructions of Kunzig Khyentse Wangpo with his own fabrications, composed this at Palpung Yangkhyod Kunzang Dechen Odsel Ling, may it bring vast benefit to the teachings and beings. May virtue and auspiciousness increase! To clearly explain the practical application of the lower activities of the Great Glorious Vajrakumara, the turning back of the Torma, this is called 'Vajra Sky Iron Magic Wheel.'
