Praise to the Truthful Words of Devotion to the Glorious Dharma King Dharmākara. Praise to the Truthful Words of Devotion to the Glorious Dharma King Dharmākara. Praise to the Truthful Words of Devotion to the Glorious Dharma King Dharmākara is complete. In Sanskrit: Śraṅddhā Sadya Kathā Nāma. In Tibetan: Called Truthful Words of Devotion. Homage to the noble youthful Mañjuśrī! The sole omniscient one, Holding the glory of liberation, I respectfully prostrate a hundred times to the lotus feet of the source of Dharma. 1. Possessing an inconceivable nature, Although not an object of thought, Yet because of following only faith, I will contemplate as much as I can. 2. The sunlight of the Buddha's teachings, When spreading the light of liberation, Like a lotus, the wisdom of faith, Will always greatly increase. 3. The mind that only focuses on your ways, Even if proclaiming the virtues of others with eons of offerings, Is merely like something drawn in a picture. 4. Because of having this much devotion to you, And possessing this much respect, I will quickly attain the chief's, The single taste of enlightenment, without a doubt. 5. The words of praise from others to others, Are mostly for the sake of face, Or for biased, hypocritical praise, Fools waste their time chasing after fame. 6. What I speak of your virtues, Is neither praise nor criticism, However, it is stating the nature, And even that is only a small part. 7. By praising only a small part of your virtues, It becomes praising all the victors, And also by stating the liberation of the victors, It will become only stating your virtues. 8. The words composed by fools, Although they seem good, good, However, because of being controlled by attachment, hatred, and deceit, They are like the deceptive words of a crooked merchant. 9. This is not so, On the seed of your honest virtues, With the combination of honest words, It can also please the three realms. 10. In whose ocean of liberation virtues, I have only cast this much, It only makes the lotus of joy for all the discerning ones, The doubts gently sway. 11. Although it is so, yet those, Virtues have no end, Therefore, the moon of speech will open, Many new doors of wisdom. 12. This world relies on speech, Eliminating all ignorance,

Having seen all the faults and dangers, he also sees the glory of samsara and nirvana. (13) Your liberation is one with all the Buddhas, therefore, even if all is spoken, it cannot be fully understood, but endless praise will eventually make it clear. (14) This profound and peaceful expanse, free from elaboration, was not understood before, so grasping only a part of your nature, they are amazed even by small glories. (15) Now, with only a partial understanding, weariness from not seeing your face, and timidity from not measuring your nature, etc., are all destroyed at once. (16) Here, some see you only as a noble being, but I, with the distinction of faith, see you as inconceivable. (17) Since the inconceivable is unseen, in reality nothing is seen, but that state of not seeing is said to be the highest of those who see. (18) The edge of the sky cannot be reached by measurement, likewise your nature cannot be reached by thought. The ocean cannot be exhausted by a gulp, likewise your nature cannot be exhausted by words. (19) Even so, some fools say, "There is nothing to be said here." If they do not even know the nature of signs, how can they realize the signless? (20) The nature of the ignorant child, who does not understand this profound nature, is to be satisfied with appearances and objects, and in order to create satisfaction in that, (21) Although not temporary, they show a temporary form, although not partial, they take a partial action, whatever they transform their playful gestures into, my speech is likewise. (22) Alas! Your nature appears in everything, everything is possible in the realm of Dharma, everything fits in this space of the sky, look at the power of perfect purity! (23) The sky is not stained by clouds, the waves become one taste in the ocean, likewise your mind and the realm of Dharma are not stained by signs, they become one taste. (24) That which is without signs is the basis of all phenomena, and although without signs, various appearances also arise, it is also the basis of all phenomena. (25) The signless is the Dharmakaya, and the signed is also the Dharmakaya, your nature is like that, and the essence is also that. (26) Since the realm of Dharma is limitless, there is also no limit to manifestations. To sentient beings as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, whatever is tamed, is the nature of the precious three jewels. (27) Especially in this appearance of the lotus, from a thousand lamps, the Dharma conduct of the son of Shakya ends.
