སྲིད་དེ་སྲིད་དུ། །གཟུགས་སྐུ་གདུལ་བྱའི་མིག་ལ་སྣང་མཛད་གསོལ། །སྲས་བཅས་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཡོངས་བསྔོ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ། །བདག་གཞན་ལེགས་པར་སྤྱད་པའི་ཆུ་ཐིགས་ཀུན། །དམིགས་པ་མེད་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ལེགས་བསྲེས་པས། །ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་སོགས་རྒྱལ་དང་རྒྱལ་སྲས་ཀྱི། །རྣམ་ཐར་རྒྱ་མཚོ་གྲངས་མེད་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག །གོང་ནས་གོང་དུ་འཕེལ་བ་བདག་རྒྱུད་ལ། །མྱུར་དུ་རྫོགས་ཏེ་མཚུངས་པ་མེད་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྲིད་པ་གཞན་ཏུ་ཉིང་མཚམས་མི་སྦྱོར་བར། ། སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཞིང་རབ་བདེ་ལྡན་ཏུ། །འདབ་བརྒྱ་མཛེས་པའི་ལྷུམས་ན་མཚན་དཔེའི་ལུས། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྣོད་དུ་སྐྱེས་གྱུར་ནས། །ས་བཅུའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྣམས་དང་སྐལ་མཉམ་ཤོག །རྒྱལ་དང་རྒྱལ་སྲས་ཐུ་བོ་མ་ལུས་པས། །བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཅིང་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་ནས་ཀྱང་། །འཆལ་དང་ང་རྒྱལ་སྙོམ་ལས་ཐེ་ཚོམ་སོགས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱོད་ལ་བར་གཅོད་མི་འབྱུང་བར། །འཁོར་འདས་ཀུན་ན་མཉམ་པ་མེད་པ་ཡི། །རྣམ་ཐར་སྨོན་ལམ་ཕྲིན་ལས་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །འདི་ཡང་འཕགས་པ་ཉིད་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ཟོལ་གྱིས་རྟག་ཏུ་བཞུགས་པའི་མ་ཧཱ་ཚིན་གྱི་རི་བོ་འོ་མི་ཤན་དང་འདབ་ཆགས་པའི་ལྗོངས་སུ་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོས་དད་པས་བྲིས་པ་སྐྱེ་བ་ཀུན་ཏུ་འཕགས་མཆོག་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོས་རྗེས་སུ་འཛིན་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མངྒ་ལཾ། །སྐྱེས་ཐོབ་དམན་ཞིང་སྦྱངས་བའི་མཐུ་ཆུང་བས། །འཆད་རྩོད་རྩོམ་གསུམ་ནུས་པའི་གདིང་མེད་ཅིང་། །ཅུང་ཟད་ཤེས་པ་གཞན་གྱི་ཆགས་སྡང་རྒྱུ། །ཕན་པ་མེད་ལ་གནོད་པའི་སྣ་འདྲེན་པ། །སྙིགས་དུས་མཁས་པའི་བྱ་བས་ཅི་ཞིག་བྱ། །འོན་ཀྱང་རྒྱལ་སྲས་ཁྱུ་ཆོག་འདི་དག་གིས། །ཡོན་ཏན་མཐོང་ནས་མི་བཟོད་དད་པ་ཡིས། །བསྔགས་བརྗོད་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་གཡོ་བ་ལས། །རྣམ་ཐར་ནོར་བུའི་ཆར་པ་འདི་ཕབ་བོ། །རྒྱལ་བ་ཉིད་དང་ཉེ་བའི་ སྲས་འདི་རྣམས། །སྔགས་སུ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གཙོར་ཡང་གསུངས་མོད་ཀྱི། །འདིར་ནི་ཕལ་ཆེར་མདོ་སྡེའི་ཚུལ་དག་དང་། མཐུན་པའི་བསྔགས་པ་ཇི་ལྟར་དཔོག་པ་བརྗོད། །འདོད་པའི་ཚེ་རས་བྲལ་ཞིང་ལྡོག་པ་མེད། །ཀུན་བཟང་སྨོན་ལམ་སྤྱོད་ལས་ངེས་བྱུང་བ། །བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་རྒྱལ་སྲས་མཆོག་རྣམས་དང་། །བདག་གཞན་འགྲོ་བ་མཉམ་པ་ཉིད་བརྙེས་ཤོག །ཅེས་ཉེ་བའི་སྲས་ཆེན་བརྒྱད་ལ་བསྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་པའི་ཚིག་ཕྲེང་འདི་རྣམས་ཀརྨ་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་བཙུན་པ་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོས་ཤར་རོང་གི་ལྗོངས་རྒྱུ་བའི་སྐབས་ཅི་རིགས་པར་བསྟར་བ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་དཔལ་འབར་འཛམ་གླིང་མཛེས་པའི་རྒྱན་ཏུ་ཤོག

如是而行，如是而行！祈请您显现色身，于所化众生之眼！于诸佛菩萨之广大回向海中，我与他人善行之点滴，以无分别之心善加混合，令普贤等诸佛菩萨之无量百千传记，于我相续中，由上而上迅速圆满，无与伦比！ 莫于他处结生，于无量光佛之极乐净土，于百瓣莲花之胎中，得具相好之身，成为盛载佛法之器，愿与十地自在者们同等！祈愿诸佛菩萨及一切上首，加持摄受，使放逸、我慢、懈怠、怀疑等，不生起于菩提行之障碍，于轮回涅槃一切处，成就无与伦比之传记、愿望、事业！此乃功德海于阿弥山（峨眉山）常时显现化身之境，以信心所书，愿生生世世为圣者普贤菩萨所摄受！吉祥！我生来低劣，闻思之力微弱，于讲辩著三事，无有自信，略懂少许，亦成他人贪嗔之因，徒增无益，反成损害之源。末法时代，智者之行又有何用？然此等菩萨众，见功德而生难忍之信心，从赞叹之海的巨大云朵中，降下传记珍宝之雨。诸佛及亲近之 佛子们，虽说于密咒中坛城为主要，然此处大多依循显宗之方式，讲述如何衡量之赞颂。愿欲求之时，不离不退，从普贤愿行中决定生起，不可思议之诸殊胜菩萨，与我及其他众生，证得平等性！如是，噶玛噶举之比丘功德海，于游历夏绒（东绒）之际，随力所能而作此亲近八大菩萨之赞颂词句，愿其成为吉祥光耀，庄严世间之饰！

Thus it is, thus it is! I pray that you manifest your form to the eyes of those to be tamed! In the vast ocean of dedication of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may all the drops of water of my own and others' virtuous deeds, be well mixed with a mind free from discrimination, so that the countless billions of biographies of Samantabhadra and other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may quickly be perfected in my lineage from above and above, becoming unparalleled! Without taking rebirth elsewhere, In the blissful land of Amitabha, in the womb of a hundred-petaled lotus, may I be born with a body endowed with marks and signs, and become a vessel for the Buddha's teachings, may I be equal to the lords of the ten bhumis! May all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and chief disciples, bless and hold me, so that laziness, arrogance, idleness, doubt, and so on, do not arise as obstacles to the practice of Bodhichitta, and may the unparalleled biographies, wishes, and activities be accomplished in all of samsara and nirvana! This was written with faith by Yönten Gyatso in the land of Ami Mountain (Mount Emei), where the emanation of the noble one always abides in disguise, may it be the cause for being held by the noble Samantabhadra in all lifetimes! May there be auspiciousness! I am born inferior and have little power of learning and contemplation, and I have no confidence in the three activities of teaching, debating, and writing. Knowing a little becomes the cause of others' attachment and aversion, and it only increases what is useless and becomes a source of harm. What is the use of the actions of the wise in this degenerate age? However, these hosts of Bodhisattvas, seeing the qualities, have unbearable faith, and from the great clouds of the ocean of praise, this rain of jewels of biographies has fallen. May we never be separated from desire and never turn back, may the inconceivable supreme Bodhisattvas, who have definitely arisen from the aspirations and practices of Samantabhadra, and myself and other beings, attain equality! Thus, Karma Kagyu monk Yönten Gyatso, while traveling in the Shar Rong (Eastern Rong) region, composed these words of praise to the eight great close sons to the best of his ability, may it become a glorious light, an ornament beautifying the world!

Auspicious! ༈ After the omniscient regent prophesied by the Buddhas, Praise the Buddhas themselves and the sons of the Buddhas. May all who are not Buddhas become supreme kings through the virtue of pleasing the Buddhas, including the sons of the Buddhas! This was printed at Palpung Monastery by Karma Mangala Rasmi, who lives on the nectar of the words of the Lord. Sarva dā kalyāṇam (梵文：Sarvadā Kalyāṇam，IAST: sarva dā kalyāṇaṃ，Meaning: May there be auspiciousness always).
