Having pacified all untimely deaths, please bless the increase of the joyous feast of longevity. May all, including the gods, protect with pure morality. May the demons and obstacles be subdued by the mind of enlightenment. May all the illusory appearances of birth and death be liberated as unreal illusions through the view free from elaboration, please bless. With the compassionate rays of light of the Guru and all the deities, Having summoned the essence of the outer elements of the five elements and the essence of existence and peace, and infused them into the three doors of the inner, please bless to become the nature of the immutable Vajra. The radiant light of unfailing youth, and with strength and skill, subduing the opponents, the glory of the accomplishment, merit, and complete increase, and the dominion of the ten powers, please bless to increase. Tightly bind the knot of immortal life, may the good tree of indestructible life be very stable, with unobstructed intelligence and quick courage, please bless to be completely victorious in all directions. It dissolves into the vase in the hand of the deity. Along with that stream of nectar, from the body parts of all the fields of accumulation, falls like rain the sweet essence of achieving immortality. It enters through the Brahma aperture at the crown of one's head, purifying all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations within the body. The diminished and deteriorated life force is restored to its original state, increasing lifespan, merit, wealth, realization, and qualities, attaining the state of innate immortality. Recite this and focus intently on clear visualization. Then, recite as much as possible the mantra ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning）, the long life mantra, and the long, medium, and short mantras of the Victorious Mother, the heart mantra of White Tara, etc., as appropriate. If one cannot recite that much, then recite ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྡ་དེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning）, the heart mantra of the Victorious Mother, and ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning）, the heart mantra of White Tara, and sometimes recite the mantras with additional words, doing as much as possible.
