哈夏玛纳。以此（哈夏玛纳）右绕。其外的圆圈以蓝色金刚杵的链条围绕。其外侧观想有五色光芒的链条右绕。之后，从头顶的本师无量光完全转变，成为怙主无量寿与智慧，身色白里透红，一面二手，手持充满不死甘露水流的金瓶于等持之上，以绸缎和珍宝的饰品庄严，双足金刚跏趺坐。自身的外侧，有白色八辐轮，中空如合上的帽子般右绕。火焰燃烧翻滚，观想所有邪魔、障碍、损害者如鸟羽落入铁匠的煤堆中般，烧焦成灰烬。又，心间的 ཏཱྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字及咒语链条发出白色光芒，如千个月亮同时升起般，充满身体的内部。所有疾病、邪魔、罪障全部清净。从毛孔中向外放射。在轮的外侧一箭之遥处，变成白色光芒的帐篷。观想所有息灭的事业全部成就。又，从心间的咒语链条发出黄色光芒，如熔化的黄金般，充满身体的内部。使寿命和福德智慧全部增长。从毛孔中向外放射。在白色光芒的帐篷外侧一箭之遥处，变成黄色光芒的帐篷。观想所有增益的事业全部成就。又，从心间的咒语链条发出红色光芒，如珊瑚的颜色般，充满身体的内部。将所有有情无情、器情万有全部摄为己有。从毛孔中向外放射。在黄色光芒的帐篷外侧一箭之遥处，变成红色光芒的帐篷。观想所有怀爱的事业全部成就。又，从心间的咒语链条发出蓝色光芒。充满身体的内部。彻底摧毁所有不顺之方。从毛孔中向外放射。在红色光芒的帐篷外侧一箭之遥处，变成蓝色光芒的帐篷。观想所有降伏的事业全部成就。又，从心间的咒语链条发出绿色光芒，如融化的祖母绿般的

Ha Sha Ma Na. With this (Ha Sha Ma Na) going around to the right. Its outer circumference is surrounded by a chain of blue vajras. Outside of that, visualize a chain of five-colored rays of light going around to the right. Then, from the complete transformation of the guru Amitabha at the crown of the head, appears the protector Amitayus and Wisdom, his body color white with a reddish tinge, with one face and two hands, holding a golden vase filled with the stream of deathless nectar upon the posture of equipoise, adorned with silk and precious ornaments, seated in the vajra posture. Outside of oneself, there is a white eight-spoked wheel, hollow like a closed hat, turning to the right. Flames blaze and rage, and visualize all demons, obstacles, and harm-doers being burned to ashes as if bird feathers had fallen into a blacksmith's coal pit. Furthermore, from the ཏཱྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字 (TĀṂ, tāṃ, seed syllable of Amitayus) and mantra chain at the heart, white light radiates like a thousand moons rising simultaneously, filling the entire body. All illnesses, demons, and defilements are purified and cleansed. It radiates outward from the pores. Outside the wheel, at a distance of one fathom, it transforms into a tent of white light. Visualize that all peaceful activities are accomplished. Again, from the mantra chain at the heart, yellow light radiates like molten gold, filling the entire body. It increases all life, merit, and wisdom. It radiates outward from the pores. Outside the tent of white light, at a distance of one fathom, it transforms into a tent of yellow light. Visualize that all enriching activities are accomplished. Again, from the mantra chain at the heart, red light radiates like the color of coral, filling the entire body. It subjugates all animate and inanimate things, all vessels and contents. It radiates outward from the pores. Outside the tent of yellow light, at a distance of one fathom, it transforms into a tent of red light. Visualize that all magnetizing activities are accomplished. Again, from the mantra chain at the heart, blue light radiates, filling the entire body. It completely destroys all unfavorable forces. It radiates outward from the pores. Outside the tent of red light, at a distance of one fathom, it transforms into a tent of blue light. Visualize that all wrathful activities are accomplished. 像彩虹一样放射。身体内部全部充满。殊胜和共同的成就全部一起获得。从毛孔中向外放射。在蓝色光芒的帐篷外面一箭之遥的地方变成了绿色光芒的帐篷。观想所有事业都成就。又从心间的咒语链中放射出肝红色的光芒。身体内部全部充满。所有成就都稳固。从毛孔中向外放射。在绿色光芒的外面一箭之遥的地方变成了肝红色光芒的帐篷。观想加持和事业全部稳固。六个光芒的帐篷全部都变成了像蛋一样的形状，坚硬而致密，即使是劫末的风也无法摧毁。所有间隙都观想成充满着刚开放的新鲜、柔软、充满活力的蓝色莲花。从观想自己显现为圣救度母开始，到肝红色光芒的帐篷之间，专注心念，安住在显空的状态中。同样，从外面依次到心间的当(ཏཱྃ་)字之间，专注心念，安住在显空无二的状态中。然后，从头顶无量寿佛心间的舍(ཧྲཱིཿ)字放射出光芒到十方，将器情世界轮回涅槃所包含的寿命和福德全部以光芒的形式汇集，进入宝瓶中，变成了不死甘露的河流。那甘露向上涌出，从口中流出，从自己的头顶梵穴进入。身体内部全部充满，疾病、邪魔、罪障、非时死亡的恐惧全部消除。观想获得所有不死甘露的成就。屏气二十一次或七次或三次。然后，从心间的咒轮和咒语中，也放射出不死甘露的甜蜜汁液和白色光芒，以及发出咒语声音的无量集合，充满自己身体从头顶到脚底的所有地方，疾病、邪魔、罪障、非时死亡的恐惧全部净化消除。获得不死寿命的成就。观想身体的每个毛孔都充满甘露的汁液。嗡(ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡)

Radiating like a rainbow. The entire inside of the body is filled. All supreme and common attainments are achieved simultaneously. Radiating outwards from the pores. Outside the blue light tent, about an arrow's length away, it transforms into a green light tent. Contemplate that all activities are accomplished. Again, from the garland of mantras in the heart, liver-red light radiates. The entire inside of the body is filled. All attainments are stabilized. Radiating outwards from the pores. Outside the green light, about an arrow's length away, it transforms into a liver-red light tent. Contemplate that all blessings and activities are stabilized. All six light tents transform into a single, egg-shaped form, solid and dense, impossible to destroy even by the winds at the end of an eon. Contemplate all the spaces filled with fresh, soft, and vibrant blue lotus flowers that have just bloomed. Starting from visualizing oneself as Jetsun Drolma (Tara), focus the mind between the liver-red light tent, and rest in the state of appearance and emptiness. Similarly, gradually from the outside to the syllable Tam (ཏཱྃ་) in the heart, focus the mind and rest in the state of inseparable appearance and emptiness. Then, from the Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ) at the heart of Amitayus (Tsepakme) on the crown of the head, light radiates in ten directions, gathering all the life and merit contained in the vessel and essence, samsara and nirvana, in the form of light, and entering the vase, transforming into a stream of immortal nectar. That nectar surges upwards and flows from the mouth, entering from the Brahma aperture on one's own crown. The entire inside of the body is filled, eliminating all fears of disease, evil spirits, sins, and untimely death. Contemplate attaining all the accomplishments of immortal nectar. Hold the vase breath twenty-one times, or seven times, or three times. Then, from the mantra wheel and mantras in the heart, also radiate streams of sweet nectar of immortality and white light, and countless assemblies proclaiming the sound of mantras, filling the entire body from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, purifying and eliminating all fears of disease, evil spirits, sins, and untimely death.
