Gathered as if a great assembly of gods and demons were convened. Imagine scattering those provincial skins with your right hand, and say PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！). Likewise, with the pride of a deity, say PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！); with the view free from elaboration, say PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！); with aimless compassion, say PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！), and intensify awareness, resolving to dwell in sacred and solitary mountain retreats. Again, visualize Lama Shakyamuni Thubpa instantaneously appearing on your crown, from the HŪṂ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at his heart radiating immeasurable blue light, causing all the remaining gods and demons of appearance and existence not gathered as before to gather under your feet, and generate the mind of supreme enlightenment. Secondly, the samadhi of courageous going: Visualize yourself clearly as Vajravarahi, within the central channel, at the level of the navel, the essence of your own mind as a white sphere of light, about the size of a bird's egg. By saying PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！), that sphere of light goes to the heart, PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！), the throat, PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！), below the brain at the crown, PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！), and shoots out from the Brahma aperture at the crown, and mix space and awareness, remaining in equanimity. PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！). From that state, visualize the essence of your own mind as Vajravarahi, red, with one face, baring fangs, and two hands. The right hand raises a curved knife, and the left hand points a threatening finger at your own ordinary old body, which is white, plump, beautiful, and oily, visualizing it being tormented. The third part has three sections: white offering, first the night, red offering. First: PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！). Within the wide and vast skull, the kapala of wisdom, PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！). Blow the thighbone trumpet three times. Visualize the lamas, yidams, and dakinis coming to the sky above. Visualize yourself clearly as Vajravarahi, from whose heart offering goddesses holding skulls emerge, taking the essence of the nectar and offering it, and say PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸！). Visualize that all directions below are rotating. May the vows of the dakinis and Dharma protectors be fulfilled. Phat! May the beings of the six realms be satisfied with the torma. Phat! May karmic debts be repaid, enemies and obstacles be removed, and debts be cleared. Recite this and clarify the visualization. Second, the red offering:⁽⁾West Two. Phat! May the skin become a powerful golden foundation. Phat! May ignorance become a great heap of flesh. Phat! May desire become a great ocean of blood. Phat! May hatred become a great expanse of bone gravel. Om Ah Hum. Recite three times. Visualize yourself as Vajravarahi, and imagine that light radiates from the "vam" (Tibetan: བྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वँ, Sanskrit Romanization: vam, Literal Chinese meaning:വം) syllable at your heart, inviting all the guests. Blow the thighbone trumpet three times. Visualize them joyfully enjoying these substances and perform the feast offering of the aggregates. Third, the essence offering:⁽⁾West Three. With Om Ah Hum, recite three times. May the aggregates become an inconceivable enjoyment that produces all desired things. Blow the thighbone trumpet three times, inviting all the guests. Visualize them joyfully indulging in the objects they desire. The feast offering of the aggregates: Om Ah Hum. The blessings of wisdom and compassion are inconceivable. May the assembly of offerings please the gurus, yidams, and dakinis. May the assembly of Dharma protectors, oath-bound ones, and guardians fulfill their sacred vows. May all the assemblies of beings in the six realms be satisfied with their respective desires. May karmic debts be repaid and debts be cleared. Recite this. The third part has three aspects: transforming the six consciousnesses into the path, stating the power of truth, and adorning the end with Dharma giving and dedicatory prayers. The first part is: In the ocean of the eye sense, there are malevolent spirits attached to beautiful and ugly forms. In this supreme place, perform the severance. When the secret severance reaches its limit, may the wandering malevolent spirits who grasp at forms be blessed to find peace in their own places. In the cave of the ear sense, there are malevolent spirits attached to pleasant and unpleasant sounds. Attachment ༴, supreme place ༴, secret severance ༴, wandering ones grasping at sounds ༴, own places ༴. At the crossroads of the nose sense, there are malevolent spirits attached to fragrant and foul smells. Attachment ༴, supreme place ༴, secret severance ༴, wandering ones grasping at smells ༴, find peace in their own places ༴.
