And with that, think of enjoying the food and drink that has become the nectar of immortality, and be satisfied. The yoga of placing knowledge in a vase at midnight is: visualize yourself as a noble being, with a wisdom being in your heart. Purify all appearances into stainlessness with its light, and bind yourself with unwavering mindfulness. The yoga of non-transference is: visualize yourself as Avalokiteśvara, and above your crown, visualize the guru Amitabha. In the center of your body, there is the wisdom central channel. Visualize your consciousness, as subtle as a mustard seed, directly in front of your navel. Hold your breath. Finally, forcefully propel the lower air, and exhale forcefully through your nostrils. Visualize the mind's bindu traveling from within the central channel to the guru's heart, as if thrown by a great athlete. Finally, rest briefly in non-objectification.
