May the virtue of raising the palace Tharpa Tse of Pal Ewam Choden by the one named Zang Khyentse, cause all beings to quickly attain the state of noble Avalokiteśvara. Sarva Mangalam! May there be auspiciousness! The essence of the daily yoga recitation of the Great Compassionate One's Red Guidance according to the Mitra system is presented here. Om Svasti Siddhi! The heart essence of the actual noble Avalokiteśvara, the great accomplished Mitra Joki, master of yoga. From the uninterrupted lineage of scholars and accomplished beings, from the essence of the Great Compassionate One's Red Guidance, known as the three essential points. Here is a brief summary of the essence of practice for this life, the method of meditating on the daily yidam: Visualize the field of refuge. With the intention to liberate all beings, recite: "To the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, Until the essence of enlightenment is reached, I always take refuge." Take refuge as much as possible. With wisdom and compassion combined, I strive for the benefit of sentient beings. In the presence of the Buddhas, I take a stand, And generate the mind of perfect enlightenment. Having generated the mind of enlightenment three times in this way, one should then engage in the yoga of the lama and the deity. On the crown of one's head, visualize a fully complete stupa of enlightenment made of white crystal. In the center of the four levels, each with a thousand doors, on a lotus and moon seat, visualize the lama Avalokiteśvara. Surrounded by a gathering of the ocean of refuge objects, the Three Jewels. The thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon are in the thousand doors, appearing in the form of the four families of Tathagatas. In the heart, at the center of a thousand-petaled lotus, one's own mind is the noble Khasarpani (Avalokiteśvara). On each of the thousand petals is a white letter "A" (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:A,汉语字面意思:阿). Clear and bright like a string of pearls. The deities are marked with the three syllables (Om Ah Hum) in the three places (body, speech, and mind). Radiate light, invite the wisdom beings, and become non-dual. The lineage prayer can be recited in detail or abbreviated. The embodiment of the wisdom, compassion, and power of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times. I pray to the lama Avalokiteśvara. I pray for empowerment and blessings. Recite as much as possible. Having prayed in this way, from the body of the lama on the crown of the head, a stream of white nectar descends. Filling the inside of the body, purifying illness, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations. May all blessings and accomplishments be attained. In that state...

When remembering and completing one-pointedly, Avalokiteśvara himself on a white lotus moon. Body color white and clear, one face and four arms. The first two hands joined in prayer at the heart. The lower right and left hands hold a crystal rosary and a white lotus. Adorned with captivating silk and precious jewels. Seated in the vajra posture. Clearly visualized in the great union of appearance and emptiness. In the center of the heart of the wisdom being in the heart, Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed Syllable) on a moon, surrounded by a mantra garland turning to the right. From that, light radiates, pervading the six realms. Completely purifying the suffering of each, along with its causes. The outer world is pure, the Copper-Colored Mountain. The inner beings are all the body of Great Compassion. The sound that arises is the sound of the six-syllable mantra. Memory and awareness become one taste with the clear light Dharmakaya. Saying and thinking like this, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Perfection) Mani (Tibetan: མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: म, Sanskrit Romanization: ma, Literal Chinese Meaning: Lotus) Padme (Tibetan: ཎི, Sanskrit Devanagari: णि, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇi, Literal Chinese Meaning: Jewel) Hum (Tibetan: པདྨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्मे, Sanskrit Romanization: padme, Literal Chinese Meaning: In the Lotus) Hūṃ (Tibetan: མེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मे, Sanskrit Romanization: me, Literal Chinese Meaning: )! Recite as much as possible. The lama on the crown of the head, the yidam in the heart, and all the complete Buddhas dissolve into the letter A and emptiness. The stupa vanishes like a rainbow in the sky. The outer and inner world dissolve into light, self-dissolving, and oneself also gradually dissolves into light and becomes emptiness. After that, without interruption by other thoughts, remain in equipoise as much as possible in the state of union of calm abiding and insight, free from elaboration, emptiness. When attempting to rise from that session, again, in an instant, one clearly visualizes oneself as the body of Great Compassion. Knowing all appearances and existence, outer and inner, to be like illusions. With great compassion for all beings who have not understood in this way. By this merit, may I quickly attain the Great Compassionate One. May no being be left behind. May they be placed on that ground. After dedicating and making aspirations like this, in all situations of engaging in conduct, one should train in not separating from the path of the three secrets of the noble ones, the path of appearance, sound, and thought. If one wishes to meditate on the yoga of transference and combination, one should learn from the instruction manual. This was also written by the solitary Mani master Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, with the intention of benefiting those of extremely inferior intelligence, condensing the essential points of recitation, may this virtue cause all beings to quickly attain the state of Great Compassion! Sarva Mangalam! The sixteenth volume of the Treasury of Instructions, the root text of the essential three meanings of the oral instructions composed by the great accomplished Mitra Joki.
