The second right hand holds a rosary of precious jewels. The left hand holds the stem of an eight-petaled lotus, with the fully bloomed flower open near the ear. With a smiling face, long eyes and eyebrows, and adorned with a white hair between the eyebrows. The hair is tied up in a black topknot, with locks of hair hanging down to the waist, and the hair is tied with a garland of flowers. Two blue lotuses adorn the ears. A deerskin covers the left shoulder. Adorned with five-skull crowns with five jewels, earrings, necklaces, neckbands, bracelets, anklets, armbands, chin straps, and strings of five kinds of pearls, and adorned with silk hair knots. All of these appear in the form of the main deity. To his east is Vajra Dakini, blue in color, manifested from the syllable Ha (藏文：ཧ，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：哈). Pay a little attention. The right hand holds a curved knife, the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood. In the crook of the arm is a khatvanga. With a dance posture of the two legs, the left extended and the right bent. Residing in the midst of a volcano, adorned with five bone ornaments. Residing in the center of the blazing fire of wisdom. On its crown is a white Om (藏文：ཨོཾ་，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡). At the throat is a red Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿). From the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at the heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the wisdom being identical to oneself from the Dharmadhatu of self-nature. Arya Avalokiteshvara Vajra Samaya Ja Ja (藏文：ཨཱརྻ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཤྭ་ར་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：आर्यावलोकितेश्वर वज्र समय ज जः，梵文罗马拟音：āryāvalokiteśvara vajra samaya ja jaḥ，汉语字面意思：Noble Avalokiteshvara Vajra Samaya Come Come). Ja Hum Bam Hoh (藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：जः हुं वं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：Come Hum Bam Hoh) become inseparable and one. Again, from the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at the heart, light radiates. Invite the five families with their retinues. Request the five Tathagatas to bestow empowerment. The five families bestow empowerment. The stream of nectar fills the inside of the body. The remainder curls upwards, and Amitayus adorns the head. On the lotus moon disc at one's own heart. The wisdom being identical to oneself resides, and at the heart of the rainbow-colored being is Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：赫利), surrounded by mantra, from which light radiates. The entire inside of the body is filled with the five families of Avalokiteshvara, equal to the number of atoms. Radiating outwards, the outer world becomes a palace. All sentient beings, the essence, become the forms of Avalokiteshvara, father and mother. Contemplate that all are reciting the secret mantra from their mouths.
