If we consider the ultimate result as the final outcome, then all the practices of Tummo and Bindu Yoga will become memories. Thus, if the practice is divided into approach, accomplishment, and attainment, there will be various ways of classifying and categorizing, and there may be some different understandings regarding their respective boundaries, but in reality, it should be understood that there is no contradiction between them. To facilitate the practice of such a path, it is intended to gradually show the aids, the elimination of obstacles, and the temporary and ultimate fruits achieved by that action. First, the necessity of generating heat is explained: If it does not descend upon an ordinary body, then one must cultivate the burning fire on a pure basis, which will surely burn the body. It is said that the habit of transcending suffering is held by the path of great bliss: The innate meditation itself will surely follow the meditation arising from external circumstances, and the awareness of dreams. Briefly, the elimination of obstacles is shown: Suppress the winds and disease foundations residing in the body, throw them upwards and bind them downwards, stretch them directly and restore them to their original position, or fill them and throw them to the painful area. The elimination of obstacles is explained in detail: Correcting the reversed winds with meditation. Earth, fire, water, and wind also exist in their nature as enemies and friends, so they should be harmonized in the order of hot and cold remedies. It is said that two faults are eliminated by binding above and below: The fault above is eliminated by binding it below, and the fault below is the same as above. Throwing upwards eliminates diseases and evil spirits: The sound of Ha Ha Hi Hi Hum Hum Phat (藏文:ཧ་ཧ་ཧི་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་,梵文天城体:ह ह ह ह ह ह फट्,梵文罗马拟音:ha ha hi hi hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:哈哈嘿嘿吽吽啪), by uttering the sound upwards, removes impurities and keeps the essence in its place. Eliminating the fault of rising wind by binding it downwards: With the sound of the letters Yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ་,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬), Raṃ (藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), Vaṃ (藏文:བཾ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:旺), Laṃ (藏文:ལཾ་,梵文天城体:लं,梵文罗马拟音:laṃ,汉语字面意思:朗), by vigorously shaking the mandala, make a sound and fix it. With strong effort, bind the three channels downwards, and by opening and closing, the impurities flow downwards. Directly removing the disease caused by cold wind: For direct stinging pains and areas without warmth, remove the pain directly from their respective positions or the pulse gate where they arise. It is said that if one does not reach the end of the path, one should forcibly transfer upwards: By collecting the movement of the nine gates inward, one makes oneself comfortable in one's own place in the form of a wrathful deity.
