Grant your blessings so that the Yidam may appear. At that moment, may you bestow the grace to manifest the great siddhi of desires in the outer, inner, and secret mandalas of the glorious Lord of the Thirteen Deities. This is the Vajra word that is the essence of the most secret tantras, and even the essence of that. Secondly, one verse advises secrecy regarding the place of the near cause of accomplishment, and the remaining four verses explain the actual yoga for accomplishing the great siddhi of desires. First: To anyone who dwells in an inferior vehicle, to anyone who delights in speculation, to anyone who is truly a monastic, do not show this. To anyone who has little faith, to anyone who only takes words to heart, and to those who are proud of monastic things, this path should not be shown. That is the meaning. Second, for those of superior faculty who have faith in the formless, guide them by placing the tip of the tongue against the palate; for those of intermediate faculty who have faith in the formed, guide them by placing the tip of the tongue against the palate; for those of inferior faculty who are attached, guide them by placing the tip of the tongue against the palate. Of the three, first: bind the body by relying on action, bind the eyes by relying on the way of looking, and bind the mind by relying on the way of placing. First: block the lower gate (anus) with the heel of either foot. Place the other foot on top of it, with the two knees stacked straight in front, the upper knee level with the waist, and tighten with a meditation belt. Place the hands in Vajra fists between the thighs and the body, and straighten the elbows to restrain the upper body. Straighten the spine and bend the neck slightly. Place the tip of the tongue against the palate, and leave a slight gap between the lips. Second: the eyes are naturally half-open, looking straight ahead at the sky without moving. Third: generate the samadhi that manifests one's own nature, and once that is stable, generate the deity of one's desire. First: In the yoga of placing the tip of the tongue against the palate, in the yoga of striving as one. The tongue is the consciousness with an object to be taken, the sound of the palate is emptiness, and placing them together makes them of equal taste, which is the meaning of yoga. The way to manifest this principle is also: the nature of the equal flow of wind, or in a state adjusted by the power of conditions, the body, flesh, and blood.

Etc., the nature of light free from impurities. The nature of illusion, only the appearance of images, in the center of the empty sky inside, like a butter lamp with the nature of light. Four fingers below the navel, the image of one's own root guru, the Great Vajradhara. According to the timing of the channels and winds, whatever body color is appropriate, making the mudra of meditative equipoise. The illusory body, with the nature of clear light. Contemplating the appearance of excellent form, without interruption by other thoughts, without distraction, focusing single-pointedly, one should strive to do so. Then, for that yogi, all the elaborations of discursive thoughts gradually diminish, and eventually the body itself is free from objects, and will manifestly appear in a state of non-discrimination. At that time, whatever afflictions and appearances of discrimination arise, whatever arises, for the mind that is to be grasped, with the grasping mind, each individually knowing oneself, thereby manifesting as great bliss, because all signs and elaborations are the co-emergent nature of the mind, the union of the two, spontaneously accomplished from the beginning. Aryadeva said: Each individually What is to be known, all is co-emergent. Therefore, aggregates etc. together with wisdom, the yogi should self-realize. That is why it is said. In this way, because it has grasper and grasped, will the self-luminous great bliss not become yoga? There is no fault, because both the grasper and grasped are without self-nature, becoming one taste. As Dignāga said: By whom is that bliss known? Although it is known by the mind, because it is without self-nature, there is no fault of the knowable and the knower changing. And the teacher Āryadeva also said: If all phenomena are without self-nature, where is there taking and rejecting? Just like in a dream, all phenomena, just like taking and rejecting. That is why it is said. That kind of non-discriminating samadhi, from one's own habituation, each individual's awareness pervades everything like the sky, the co-emergent nature of great bliss, and union, and all the nature of permanence and impermanence.
