Firstly, take refuge by reciting, "Glorious and venerable Lama, precious Buddha of the three times, I take refuge in you." Then, arrange the mandala offering with physical actions. Mentally visualize the lower foundation as the mandala based on the four elements, including the four continents, Mount Meru, and the surrounding environment. Above, up to the peak of existence, this entire world of the three realms is filled with the seven precious substances and other excellent objects of gods and humans, without any gaps, abundantly offered to the supreme Three Jewels. After that, pray that I may quickly attain Buddhahood and that the experience and realization of the profound path of Vajra Yoga may arise. During these times, verbally recite: Om Vajra Bhumi Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བྷུ་མི་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra bhūmi āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Earth, Ah, Hum). 尊者与铃杵于心间交错而持，双足金刚跏趺坐，身着丝绸与珍宝之饰，一切相好圆满具足，面带悦己之微笑，身发无量光芒与光束，周围围绕着传承上师们，以及本尊坛城之诸尊，诸佛菩萨，圣者声闻缘觉，护法守护神等安住。若喜 विस्तृत，则广作七支供。若略，则以意幻化无量供品，以心奉献，于具德上师至诚顶礼！供养！忏悔罪业！随喜善根！祈请转法轮！祈请不入涅槃！将善根回向于无上菩提！皈依！发菩提心！依止无上道！祈请以慈悲摄受我！如是念诵并思其义。期间若喜 विस्तृत，则作历代传承上师之祈请文，若喜简略，则可不作。务必以猛烈之虔诚作如是祈请： 祈请诸佛总集之体性，法王具德上师仁波切！ 如是接续： 四身之自性，上师…… 无与伦比之救怙，上师…… 无与伦比之导师，上师…… 解脱道之指引，上师…… 成就之来源，上师…… 遣除无明黑暗之上师仁波切…… 祈请赐予我灌顶加持！ 愿我能一心修行…… 愿修行无有障碍…… 愿修行能领受精髓…… 愿修行能圆满究竟…… 愿慈悲菩提之心能成熟…… 愿能获得止观双运之禅定自在…… 愿殊胜之体验与证悟能于相续中生起…… 愿能圆满究竟甚深金刚瑜伽之次第…… 祈请加持我于此生获得大手印之殊胜成就！ 如是尽力作呼唤祈请、显现转变之想，最后作加持收摄： 上师身之额间为 嗡 (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡)， 语之喉间为 阿 (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿)， 意之心间为 吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)。

Holding the vajra and bell crossed at the heart, seated in the vajra posture, adorned with all ornaments of silk and jewels, completely perfect with all marks and signs, with a smiling face pleasing to oneself, a body radiating infinite light and rays, surrounded by the lineage lamas, the deities of the yidam mandala, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, noble Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, Dharma protectors and guardians. If you like elaboration, perform the seven-branch offering extensively. If you prefer brevity, offer unimaginable offerings emanated by the mind, and with devotion, prostrate to the glorious and holy lama! Offer! Confess sins! Rejoice in virtue! Request the turning of the wheel of Dharma! Beseech not to pass into Nirvana! Dedicate the virtue to unsurpassed enlightenment! Take refuge! Generate the mind of enlightenment! Rely on the unsurpassed path! Please hold me with compassion! Recite these words and contemplate their meaning. In between, if you like elaboration, perform the supplications to the root and lineage lamas that are available separately, and if you prefer brevity, it is okay not to do them. It is essential to make this supplication with intense longing: I supplicate the Dharma Lord, glorious and precious lama, the embodiment of all Buddhas! Continue in the same way: Lama, the essence of the four bodies... Lama, the unequaled refuge... Lama, the unequaled guide... Lama, the guide to the path of liberation... Lama, the source of accomplishments... Lama, the precious lama who dispels the darkness of ignorance... Please grant me empowerment and blessings! May I be able to practice with one-pointedness... May there be no obstacles to practice... May I experience the essence of practice... May practice reach its ultimate completion... May loving-kindness, compassion, and the mind of enlightenment mature... May I gain mastery over the samadhi of uniting shamatha and vipashyana... May special experiences and realizations arise in my being... May I perfect the stages of the profound Vajra Yoga path... Please bless me to attain the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra in this very life! In this way, make supplications with longing and the certainty of transforming appearances as much as possible, and finally gather the blessings: At the forehead of the lama's body is OM (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), at the throat of speech is AH (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), at the heart of mind is HUNG (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽).
