Undifferentiated compassion. Wisdom revered in the three realms. There is no other way than this. This is the summary of all protectors. If you protect my son's vows, then all the Buddhas will grant blessings, perfect enlightenment will be attained. If I am overwhelmed by attachment, having taken vows before the chief deity, and do not uphold the vows, then I will fall into a place of weeping. From the place of birth from an inferior mind, whenever the mind of enlightenment declines, then knowing it as a mudra, take the lotus outside with your own tongue. Thus it should be said, this is the certainty of giving vows. If you like elaboration, at this time you can recite "If by the power of deceit" etc., and explain the tantric words that show the fourteen root downfalls. Again, after offering the mandala, pray: "Please, Bhagavan, grant me the excellent grace of empowerment." Thus pray. Then, the lama says: "Son, listen, as it is seen in the conventional truth, the common happiness of all sentient beings, the nature of the sixteen joys is: by practicing desire, beings' own minds are satisfied, and those who are satisfied become satisfied. On the most excellent limb of satisfaction, with the rabbit as a seal, squeeze out the burning, excellent bindu. Hooked by the elephant hook, it naturally gives the most excellent bliss, the bindu dissolves at the three ends. The bliss of dripping from seeing, touching, and acting, with these distinctions of joy, etc. Practicing desire produces joy, and even beginners see with their eyes. Extremely combined with external objects, again it is the most excellent joy, on one's own body. In the burning state, with the joy of the bindu dripping, especially on the vajra lotus. The elephant hook bindu changes and stays at the three ends, the co-emergent joy is the vajra action." Thus, the four joys, and each of them individually. Divided by the differences of body, speech, mind, and wisdom, like the sixteen joys. Thus, detachment is the first great desire, various colors burning light, the place of vajra complete Buddhahood, the Dharma holder proclaimed by the Buddha. Thus, possessing all aspects, without aspects, sixteen halves holding bindu, indivisible, transcendent of division, meditation.

Holding the summit of the fourth. Thus, the unchanging bindu, the four joys of reality, are also divided by the distinctions of body, speech, mind, and wisdom, which are the sixteen suchness. The wisdom of worldly convention is merely the indicative example of wisdom. It is not reality, but what it closely represents is the wisdom of the fourth empowerment that transcends the world, which is the wisdom of meaning, the meaning of suchness. Thus, one should aspire to the unchanging reality, the wisdom that is free from elaboration and unites emptiness and compassion. Above that, it is called the small upper empowerment, which is the ritual of the worldly third empowerment and its branches. Then, to offer a mandala as the fee for requesting the fourth empowerment that transcends the world, and for the purpose of imbuing wisdom with the blessing of wisdom vajra, recite "Glorious Wisdom Vajra Holder, Meditating on the Indestructible Vajra Four," and "All the Buddhas residing in the ten directions, Meditating on the Indestructible Vajra Four," thus adding a prayer to the above verses and praying. For the meaning of the actual fourth empowerment, recite "Om Hoḥ Prajñā Upāyo, Ātmakaṃ Vajra Sattva Mahāmudra Jñāna Abhiṣekaṃ Me Draya Yaccha. Om Āḥ Hūṃ Hoḥ Phaṭ." and pray. From the heart of the lama, etc., the blessings descend, by analogy with the previous ones. The syllable "Hoḥ" at the navel radiates light, enters from the navel, the impurity of clinging and conceptualization. Thus, the bindu of wisdom and the co-emergent joy of the fourth state, the body of the wisdom vajra's own nature, the net of illusion, etc., are also recited. Then, the actual meaning of the fourth empowerment is: As the Buddhas of the past, thus empower the Bodhisattva sons, I, with the power of the great secret empowerment, empower your mind stream. Thus saying, have them sit in the vajra posture, straighten the body, and keep the gaze unwavering. Thus it is also said in the root tantra: "There is no object and no meditation, meditation is not the nature of meditation, now that objects are neither objects nor non-objects, meditation has no object." Thus it is said. As said in the King of Tantras, the light of wisdom, which is mind and its appearances, also transforms into the ten aspects. Empowerment is the stainless rabbit.
