Om. The samaya of the body is broken, I confess. The samaya of speech is broken, I confess. The samaya of mind is broken, I confess. The outer samaya is broken, I confess. The inner samaya is broken, I confess. The secret samaya is broken, I confess. The root samaya is broken, I confess. The branch samaya is broken, I confess. The supreme samaya is broken, I confess. The remaining samaya of the ritual is broken, I confess. Confess, confess, confess to the yidam deity. Reveal, reveal, reveal to the fierce protector. Please fulfill the broken borrowed vows of myself, grant the supreme accomplishment of Brahma. All omniscient and omnivoyant deities, please listen. From beginningless time, we, controlled by the three poisons, with body, speech, and mind, transgressed the commands of the three vows, the Victorious One, whatever sins and evil deeds we have done, I confess. May we not do them again in the future, may we not experience them. The broken samayas of body, speech, and mind, root and branch, the mistaken appearances of the six realms, the seeds of habit, the brokenness of the three vows, and all the collections of sinful defilements, may they be purified and cleansed greatly in this very moment. From the palace of the pure realm of the Dharmadhatu, Great Mother Prajnaparamita Dharmakaya, you reside in the midst of heroes and dakinis, peaceful, increasing, powerful, and wrathful deities, and the oath-bound dakinis of the five families, heroes, heroines, Dharma protectors, and messengers, flesh-eaters, blood-drinkers, and messengers, life-cutting executioners, as in the previous oath, tonight fulfill the oath in this place, grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, accomplish the entrusted activities. Hum. Fulfill, fulfill the oath for eons. To the demons and goblins, to the vengeful spirits, yakshinis, rakshasis, and demonesses, the offerings to fulfill your vows are: May you be satisfied with the feast of desirable objects, may you be satisfied with the treasure of precious enjoyments, may you be satisfied with the excrement of ignorance, may you be satisfied with the heart of hatred Citta (藏文，梵文天城体，Citta，梵文罗马拟音，Mind), may you be satisfied with the blood from the secret place of desire, may you be satisfied with the torma of flesh, blood, and vital organs, may you be satisfied with the nectar of the essence of grains, may you be satisfied with the ocean of blood and fat, may you be satisfied with the mountain of the five great meats, may you be satisfied with the secret flute of a human leg bone, may you be satisfied with the sound of the skull drum facing up and down, may you be satisfied with the sounds of drums, conches, cymbals, musical instruments, and lutes, may you be satisfied with the essence of the Bhaṇḍa (藏文，梵文天城体，Bhaṇḍa，梵文罗马拟音，Vessel) nectar, may you be satisfied with the grease of a large human leg fat, may you be satisfied with the necklace of the six bone ornaments, may you be satisfied with the swaying, dancing, and entwining movements, may you be satisfied with the fluttering silk of clothes, may you be satisfied with the various beautiful sounds of sorrow, may you be satisfied with the various pleasing sights. I fulfill your vows, you restore my deficiencies, accomplish the wishes of the yogi me, accomplish the entrusted actions.
