is. To be free from attachment to anything, and to mix view and conduct is the method. That is to say, for ordinary people, if they know the method of mixing view and conduct with the object of attachment, it will become a companion for liberation. Third, if you do not know the method, it is shown to be meaningless: If someone has arrogance with dualistic clinging, and cuts off the permanent dharma as an object with conceit, it is very foolish and meaningless. This is already clear. Fourth, if you do not recognize the method, then instruct to recognize the method: If you recognize that the absence of an object is the method, then the recognition of object and mind is the oral instruction. That's it. The fifth general meaning is to show how to introduce the key point directly, divided into two parts. First, the method of placing in the state of reality is shown: The method of placing it in meaning is to leave it uncorrected and relaxed in a state of non-attachment and non-obstruction, and by treating the habits of self-grasping, the demon of arrogance, fear, fear and doubt, to cut off the concept of dualistic clinging, do not do anything special, do not pursue anything special, let go of clinging, and relax. That is to say, let go of all the deliberate actions of body, speech and mind, and abide without doing anything. Second, the way to introduce it is: The intention of the Buddhas of the three times is also like the sky without arrogance, and the clarity and emptiness are like the sun and the moon, free from the concept of self-grasping. That is to say, the union of clarity and emptiness, free from clinging, is the ultimate meaning. The sixth general meaning, earnestly exhorting, is divided into three parts. First, the advice of happiness: Emaho! It is happy to enter the path of no self, it is happy to be with a friend without clinging, it is happy to live in an unfamiliar place, it is happy to occupy a quiet place without support, it is happy to cut off the rope of maintaining face, it is happy to push down the wall of conforming to the world, it is happy to be free from all clinging, it is happy to relax the six consciousnesses. As I said, the followers should study like this. That's it. Second, the meaning of the characteristics is spoken as an oral instruction, divided into two parts. First, it is shown that this instruction should be grasped tightly: The essence of the intention is extracted, the meaning is condensed, the wisdom is like the words at the tip of a hair, you must keep it in mind, son of a lineage! Hold on tight, son of a lineage! Recite it like this, son of a lineage! Integrate mind and dharma, son of a lineage! Integrate it into the continuum, son of a lineage! To familiarize

Son of lineage, sever attachment to worldly affairs! Son of lineage, do not cling to places! Son of lineage, cut off the ties of blood! This is (a summary of the above). Second, it is shown to make a thorough decision without acceptance or rejection: Without artificial effort, rest in the natural state. Abiding in self-nature, release desires. Being naturally arisen, do not take it to mind. Being naturally liberated, do not pursue it. Without cause and condition, do not accumulate karma. Being unborn, do not define it with concepts. Being unceasing, do not rely on anything. Being transparent, do not discriminate. Being all-pervasive, do not cling to one direction. Being oneself, do not depend on others. Without bondage or liberation, do not hope or doubt. Being unmodifiable, abide in self-nature. Being unaccomplishable, rest in stillness. Being unsearchable, abide in the present. Without gathering or separation, do not set a time. Without birth or death, do not be arrogant. Awaken to the view of illusion. Decide like the sky. This is (a summary of the above). Third, regarding the recipients of the instructions, there are two types. The first is the worthy vessel: The essence of the minds of the Buddhas of the three times, what I speak is the essential meaning of the mind. This profound instruction should be given to those who possess the lineage and abide by their vows, whose minds are gentle and whose conduct is beautiful, who fear birth and death and possess wisdom, who do not follow words but are devoted to meaning, who do not follow appearances but put them into practice, who do not cling to reality nor meditate on emptiness, who do not spare their lives in the pursuit of holiness, and who have certainty in the profound path. To such wise individuals, my followers, the Vidyadharas, extract the heart of the unhidden mind, and for the worthy successors, for the beloved disciples, let them practice. This is (a summary of the above). The second is the unworthy vessel: For those who do not possess wisdom, who do not fear birth and death but seek fame, who do not cherish holiness but are arrogant, who do not put it into practice but speculate, who hide their own faults and observe the faults of others, who do not accord with meaning but think highly of themselves, who act hypocritically and are bound by attachment, who are driven by desire and oppressed by pride, who covet the essence but disdain the vessel, who use flattery to obtain merit, who sever the ties of goodwill, who proclaim secrets in the marketplace like a drunken father, who flutter like tattered clothes at the top of a flagpole, who display jewels on the ground, who hide precious drops in a treasure, do not reveal it to such people, but keep it very hidden and secret. This is (a summary of the above).
