Acting primarily on the ground, It is said that realization must arise at this stage of going astray. In the main practice, the method of stealing is first introduced through blessings, which is to build a blue mandala dharma source. On it, place a large torma on a low table, with arrows and ribbons inserted, and decorated with exquisite ornaments. In front, arrange offering tormas, offerings, and gathering materials. The offering is the same as the general blessing. The master himself meditates on the manifestation of innate bliss, and purifies the front mandala and torma with sumbha, and purifies with svabhāva. According to the torma ritual, proceed from generating the protector to reciting. Then perform bathing and scattering flowers for the disciples. Offer the mandala three times. Let the disciples obtain the manifestation of innate bliss and dwell in the mind for a while. Let them instantly visualize the protector in front, in the center surrounded by all the lineage masters above, the wisdom dakini Niguma, with a dark blue-black body, holding a hand drum and skull staff, in a dancing posture, wearing bone ornaments. In the prime of youth. Visualize residing together with the deities of the Buddha and Bodhisattva deity mandala, the five classes of dakinis, and the retinue of hundreds of thousands of dakinis. To them, visualize offering this actual mandala as the realm of the three thousand great thousand worlds. Visualize filling it with gold and offering it. The master and disciples together bless the gathering and torma. The blessing ritual is blessed like the inner offering of the deity being practiced. After Om hrih ha ha hum hum phat, add Om a karo, first offering to the guru and deity. Then, according to the torma ritual, offer to the protector and his retinue. Offer to the dakinis with Om sarva dakini sapariwara a karo, etc. Holding flowers in hand, recite this prayer. Take refuge in the Buddhas residing in the ten directions. Take refuge in the Dharma residing in the ten directions. Take refuge in the Sangha residing in the ten directions. Prostrate and take refuge in the deities of the guru and deity, the deities of the six-armed protector of wisdom and their retinue. To the root and lineage gurus

I pray that all Buddhas and Yidams will bless me to realize the realization of Mahamudra. I pray that all the protectors, such as Dakinis and Dharma protectors, will ensure that no internal or external obstacles arise when I practice Mahamudra. Pray like this three times. Let him develop a sincere reverence for the root guru. Let the body maintain its key points and the breath flow naturally. Visualize that all the Gurus, Yidams, and Dakinis dissolve into light and merge into the disciple himself, relax for a moment. Let him look at the nature of his own mind and keep it for a moment. Now, this naked, bare awareness, free from all mental fixations, is the unborn Dharmakaya of one's own mind, or ordinary awareness, or naturalness. From now on, whether in meditation or after meditation, protect it without any fabrication. Offering mandalas, reciting prayers, etc., are the same as usual rituals. The second part is: The preliminary practices for the session are the same as before. In all activities, such as walking, staying, sitting, and lying down, one should maintain mindfulness. After thinking like this again and again, when the mind abides on the object of focus, turn the attention inward and simply recognize one's own nature. Abide in a state of non-fabrication. Whatever appearances or thoughts arise, do not deliberately negate, affirm, accept, or reject them, but abide in the state of recognizing the nature of these thoughts, so that the thoughts naturally become clear and empty, and maintain this state. Do not let any thought slip away without being recognized. As long as you do not leave the recognition of your own nature, allow thoughts to arise and dissolve. Focus on awareness. There is not a bit of fabrication in this, nor a moment of distraction. And point out that the four faults are self-liberated, that is: because it is too close to not recognize, because it is too deep to not grasp, because it is too easy to not believe, because it is too good to not understand. Liberate from these four faults. The first refers to not recognizing one's own nature. The second refers to the fact that although ordinary awareness has clearly revealed its nature many times in the past during death, fainting, and other states, without the guidance of the Guru's instructions, it cannot be recognized by any means. The third refers to the fact that neither the wise nor the foolish can believe in this state that can be achieved without effort. The fourth refers to:
