raksa raksa(藏文:རཀྵ་རཀྵ།,梵文天城体:रक्ष रक्ष,梵文罗马拟音:rakṣa rakṣa,汉语字面意思:守护守护)乃守护。

《Quintessence of Instructions, Volume Eleven: Elucidation of the Profound Meaning, An Explanation of the Shangpa Kagyu Five-Deity Hevajra Sadhana》 《Quintessence of Instructions, Volume Eleven》 Elucidation of the Profound Meaning, An Explanation of the Shangpa Kagyu Five-Deity Hevajra Sadhana Elucidation of the Profound Meaning, An Explanation of the Shangpa Kagyu Five-Deity Hevajra Sadhana. Herein. Oṃ Svasti. Homage to the glorious and venerable Lama, the essence of great bliss and compassion! Here, I will briefly explain the meaning of the practice sequence of the Hevajra Root Mandala sadhana, which originated from the oral instructions of the wisdom dakini Niguma. This has three parts: the preliminary stage of taming the continuum; the main practice of the yoga of the generation and completion stages; and the subsequent limbs of yoga. The first has two parts: common and uncommon. The first is refuge and bodhicitta, the meaning of which is the same as usual. The second, the uncommon, has two parts: protection and accumulation of merit. The first, protection, has three aspects: the stage of purifying the three doors; the stage of binding the directions; and the stage of making supplications. Of these three, the first is: In the space in front, supplicate the assembly of the five buddha families to come forth. Visualize that from their hearts, emanated goddesses bestow empowerment. Up to the point of "the space in front is cleared of impurities." This is called the stage of purifying the body. The meaning of the bathing yoga that appears in other sadhanas is complete in this. In other traditions, it is considered a limb of yoga. There is no fixed time for performing it during session breaks. In this tradition, it is considered part of the ritual sequence and belongs to the category of samadhi yoga. Because there are objects to be purified, agents of purification, and causes of purification, this tradition is superior to others. Then, bless the inner offering and partake of it, reciting the Amrita (藏文:ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།,梵文天城体:अमृत,梵文罗马拟音:amṛta,汉语字面意思:甘露) mantra, which is the stage of protection. It is similar to other traditions where the mouth is purified by partaking of amrita, but this is superior because of the uncommon mantra and the method of combining purification. In this, Oṃ (藏文:ༀ།,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) means auspicious and fortunate. Amrita (藏文:ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།,梵文天城体:अमृत,梵文罗马拟音:amṛta,汉语字面意思:甘露) means nectar. Vāca (藏文:བཱ་ཙ།,梵文天城体:वाच,梵文罗马拟音:vāca,汉语字面意思:语) means speech, that is, the tongue. Rakṣa Rakṣa (藏文:རཀྵ་རཀྵ།,梵文天城体:रक्ष रक्ष,梵文罗马拟音:rakṣa rakṣa,汉语字面意思:守护守护) means protect. Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) means

The mantra of subduing. PHAṬ (藏文, 梵文天城体, phaṭ, destroyer) means to destroy harm. Then, to settle the mind in freedom from elaboration is the stage of purifying the mind. Among them, what is called one's own mind-essence is the mind-essence that is distinguished from mind and mind-essence, that is, the dharma-nature of mind. Although it is referred to by many names of negation, such as freedom from extremes, freedom from elaboration, freedom from expression, and emptiness, it is not merely empty, but is primordially manifest as self-knowing wisdom. Mind, mind-essence, wisdom, co-emergent, great bliss, etc., although referred to by many names of things, existence, or exclusion, are free from all grasping and grasped, liberated from all elaborations, transcending all objects of knowledge and expression, and the nature of ultimate emptiness. Therefore, the five consciousnesses of the eye consciousness, etc., and the conceptual thoughts of mental factors such as desire, can also know objects such as form, and can also generate conceptual thoughts, and the consciousness itself is not a conceptual thought, there is an object and an objectifier. From the point of view of being able to manifest external appearances, it is the mind consciousness; from the point of view of being able to manifest its own internal appearances, it is the afflicted mind. And that consciousness, as the general summary of all, is only awareness, and cannot manifest as any internal or external conceptual thought, that is the alaya consciousness. Now, according to the understanding of us ordinary people, it is not in other places or directions outside of those, nor is there any other time or state, although it is not clear at other times, but from the entering consciousness to the alaya consciousness, together with all the appearances, it is originally beyond, and there is no reason to become those. In general, it also appears as if everything is gathered together, this appears as the wisdom of mind-essence free from grasping and grasped. However, for the current yogi, the way it appears is only that the mind that abides is only symbolically, in a subtle way to describe the way. To fully possess the characteristics as described in the mind-dharma of alaya consciousness and dharma-nature, and to clearly see it directly, only the wisdom of the noble ones can do it. If you ask how it is said in the scriptures, although all the terms mentioned in the treatises cannot be described one by one here.
