The heat and warmth blaze fiercely up and down. The main practice is the Tummo feast, and the clarification of the empty spaces of the channels and the bindus is: Clearly visualize your own body as the deity, with the central channel straight and thin. Bright red on the right and left, the channels on the right and left are red and white. The four chakras are like the ribs of an umbrella, like burning iron. In the anus, the wind center is adorned with a blue crescent moon. At the meeting point of the three channels, raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable of fire) is red, the nature of fire. At the upper end of the central channel, haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable of space) is white, facing downwards. The nature of whiteness is cool, blissful, expansive, and clear. Once that is clear and stable, the wind practice and the clarification of Tummo are: By inhaling, filling, pressing, and shooting downwards, the wind is compressed. By the vase breath practice, the winds pass through the left and right channels. Together with what arises from the wind center, they gather below the navel. Blowing on the syllable raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable of fire), the flames are like a hairbrush. They become thin, clear, and burn longer and longer. Having gained power from that, the burning and dripping are: The flames of Tummo touch the haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable of space) at the crown of the head. The stream of white bodhicitta descends and dissolves into oneself. Fire in front and the stream of bodhicitta behind. Because there is no interruption, immeasurable intermediate warmth arises. The common elements of post-meditation Tummo, wearing clothes, and laying out cushions are: The dwelling is a vajra ground, enclosure, and tent. With a lotus and sun cushion, like the nature of burning iron. The deity's form, ornaments, etc., the flames flicker and burn. The fire of Tummo fills the inside of the body. Riding a horse while walking is: Yourself as the yidam, clear, empty of appearance, and free from attachment. The wind goddess, white and green, with wings. The two lift you from the armpits on the right and left. You go unhindered to any place you wish. Thus, clarify. It is said that by holding the gentle wind and going, there is no difficulty and the body becomes capable. Furthermore, the way to carry the path for those with superior faculties, the self-liberation of illusionary body, attachment, and aversion, is: Since compounded things are impermanent and there is no certainty when death will come, Whatever is necessary, yourself as the yidam deity. By praying with devotion to the guru at the crown of your head, You dissolve into yourself, and abide freely, cutting off the elaborations of the three times. The way to carry the path for those with middling faculties is: The deity and the guru, devotion, faith, and mindfulness, Always inseparable, all of self and others, vessel and contents, Appear, but are not truly established, like illusion and, Dreams are real, maintain your own nature without grasping. The first of the eight key points for those with inferior faculties, the object of focus for the arising of the six realms as illusion, is: Yourself as the yidam, a white dharma origin below the navel, One corner facing forward, the nature of light.
