具光智慧之天女，灰烬煤母及其眷属黑色百万军众，您等勿违越胜者遍主金刚持大尊、大成就者泰洛巴、班智达那若巴、尊者玛尔巴译师、俄·曲吉多杰等依次相传之具光上师圣众之教言与誓言次第。护持佛陀之教法，增盛有情之安乐，尤其守护此持明者或金刚之弟子，从此时起直至未获圆满正等觉之果位之间，免于一切违缘障碍，平息一切不顺之方，成办一切顺缘。总而言之，对于损害、恼害佛教及尤其此持明者之所有凶恶邪魔，请作诛灭之事业。总之，祈请成办此持明者之如法意愿，并赐予所有共同与不共之成就。如是说。将朵玛置于头顶并交付于手中。最终以金刚杵之尖端将朵玛涂抹于内供之上。此乃汝之地狱之食。扎玛吽！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）ཀྲ་མ་ཧཱུྃ，क्रम हूँ，krama hūṃ，次第 吽！观想天女安住于誓言。从朵玛与内供中稍许给予弟子，念诵嗡 罗汝 罗汝等，混合誓言。从今以后，需如法守护恒常依止、供养此具光天女，精勤于供养朵玛等共同与不共之誓言，当如是行持，念诵此之随文。如主尊如何等，之后如共同仪轨而行。再次如前供养朵玛，对坛城作供赞，祈请宽恕，若有本尊像则安住，若无则祈请返回，回向发愿，吉祥祝祷等如共同仪轨而行，即告完成。一切母众之主尊，大乐俱生之本体，护教百零八尊之，心髓玛尔巴如是赞。具光天女灰烬煤母之修法次第竟。愿兴盛增广。如是，从成就法藏中摘录，书写了传承清晰、可诵读的随许。善哉增吉祥！ शुभम्！

Glorious Wisdom Goddess, Ash Coal Mother, together with your retinue of a hundred thousand black hosts, may you not transgress the commands and vows of the glorious and holy lamas who have been transmitted in succession from the Victorious Lord of All Vajradhara, the Great Accomplisher Tailopa, the Great Scholar Naropa, the Lord Marpa Lotsawa, and Ngok Chöku Dorje. Protect the Buddha's teachings, increase the happiness of sentient beings, and in particular, protect this vidyadhara or vajra disciple from all obstacles and hindrances from this time until the attainment of perfect enlightenment. Pacify all unfavorable circumstances, accomplish all favorable conditions. In general, for all the cruel enemies and obstructors who harm and injure the Buddha's teachings and especially this vidyadhara, please perform the activity of destroying them. In short, may the virtuous wishes of this vidyadhara be fulfilled as desired, and may you grant all common and uncommon siddhis. Thus speak. Place the torma on the head and hand it over.
