The right hand brandishes a hooked knife, the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood at the heart and sucks it. The legs are in a posture of stretching and contracting. Adorned with black poisonous snakes, from the hairline emanates a vajra garuda. Clad in a tiger skin loincloth. Transformed into three forms. To the right of the main figure is Lekden Nagpo, born from Kṣa (藏文：ཀྵ，梵文天城体：क्ष，梵文罗马拟音：kṣa，汉语字面意思：Kṣa). Outside of that, on the eight thresholds of the doors, the eight mother letters are completely transformed. In the east is a Ḍākiṇī with a vulture's head. In the north is one with a garuda's head. In the west is one with a crow's head. In the south is one with an owl's head. In the southeast is one with a pig's head. In the southwest is one with a dog's head. In the northwest is one with a wolf's head. In the northeast is one with a tiger's head. All eight are naked, with one face and two arms, holding a hooked knife and a skull cup, abiding in various standing postures. All those retinues also have their hair standing on end, with three eyes, adorned with human heads as head ornaments and necklaces, sitting majestically on seats of corpses, in the midst of blazing flames. Outside of that, surrounded by thousands of blacks, hundreds of thousands of flesh-eaters, billions of mothers, and all the hosts of the eight classes of gods and demons, they abide.

ཧྲི། 从自己的心间“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字和，怙主的心间放出光芒。从奥明（藏文：འོག་མིན་）和广大寒林尸陀林，那烂陀（藏文：ན་ལེནྡྲ），吉祥山等处，怙主及眷属，班杂萨玛扎（藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ）。吽，以信心和誓言，玛哈嘎拉众请降临。我若圆满本尊意，请从尸陀林处降临。嗡 班杂 玛哈嘎拉 萨巴热瓦ra 诶嘿 诶嘿 嗡 班杂 萨玛扎（藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ）如是迎请。以莲花卡玛拉雅 斯瓦哈（藏文：པདྨ་ཀ་མ་ལཱ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་）奉献座垫。扎 吽 邦 霍（藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ）无二融入。怙主顶轮 轮上有白色嗡（藏文：ༀ་，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）。喉间莲花上有红色阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）。心间日轮上有蓝色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。又从自己的心间吽字放出光芒。怀爱五部神众及眷属，班杂萨玛扎（藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ）。以饮水等直至乐器供养。祈请一切如来赐予灌顶。如是祈请后，怀爱诸神众念诵：嗡 班杂 贝瓦 阿比钦扎 吽（藏文：ༀ་བཛྲཱི་བྷ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།），并以甘露宝瓶灌顶。身体充满，清净垢染。获得威力力量与能力。剩余之水于顶上盘旋，智慧怙主以不动佛为主的五部佛为头饰。眷属众以主尊自身为头饰。如自生喜乐金刚所作之灌顶一般。亦有传承上师认为是部主喜乐金刚所作之灌顶。然于窍诀典籍中如上所说，此理方为应理。嗡 班杂 玛哈嘎拉 阿尔刚 扎地扎 梭哈（藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཨཱརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།）。如是饮水，洗足水，涂香水，花。嗡 班杂 玛哈嘎拉亚，花 阿 吽（藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལཱ་ཡ། པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།）。如是燃香，明灯，香，食物，乐器，是为外供。嗡 玛哈嘎拉 吽 啪特（藏文：ༀ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།）。嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།）。是为内供。吽，以威严身光，压服三有。语之笑声，使号令八部。以慈爱之心，摄六道众。大天吉祥黑怙主，我赞颂您。教令使者黑怙主，乌鸦面者怖畏身，忿怒之相威猛面，毁誓之徒断其命，我敬礼您。统领罗刹众，三界生命大主宰，手持降魔旃檀大棒，心之

Hrih. From the HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in my own heart, and from the heart of the Protector, rays of light emanate. From Akanishta (藏文：འོག་མིན་) and the great charnel ground Cool Grove, Nalanda (藏文：ན་ལེནྡྲ), Glorious Mountain, and so forth, Protector with retinue, Vajra Samaja (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). HUM, with faith and samaya, come here, assembly of Mahakala. If I fulfill the fierce samaya, please come from the charnel ground. OM Vajra Mahakala Saparivara Ehyhehi OM Vajra Samaja (藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). Thus invite. Offer the seat with Padma Kamalaya Tvam (藏文：པདྨ་ཀ་མ་ལཱ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་). Dza Hum Bam Hoh (藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ) merge without duality. On the crown of the Protector, On the wheel is white OM (藏文：ༀ་，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡). On the throat, on the lotus is red AH (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿). On the heart, on the sun is blue HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Again, from the HUM in my own heart, light radiates. The five families of empowering deities with retinue, Vajra Samaja (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). Offer from Argham to Shabda. Please grant empowerment by all the Tathagatas. Having prayed thus, the empowering deities say, OM Vajri Bhava Abhisinca HUM (藏文：ༀ་བཛྲཱི་བྷ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།). And empower with the nectar vase. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed. Power, strength, and ability are empowered. From the remaining water swirling on the crown, the wisdom Protector is adorned with the five families, with Akshobhya as the chief. The retinue is adorned with the chief himself. Having done the empowerment as done for the self-generation of Hevajra Lhenkye. Although there appears to be a tradition that the family lord Hevajra Lhenkye performs the empowerment, the secret instructions explain as above, and this alone is reasonable. OM Vajra Mahakala Argham Pratitsa Svaha (藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཨཱརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Likewise, Padyam, Ancamanam, Prokshanam. OM Vajra Mahakalaya, Pushpe Ah Hum (藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལཱ་ཡ། པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།). Likewise, Dhupam, Dipam, Gandhe, Naividya, Shabda, these are the outer offerings. OM Mahakala Hum Phet (藏文：ༀ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།). OM Ah Hum (藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།). These are the inner offerings. HUM, with the majestic body, you subdue the three realms. With the laughter of speech, you command the eight classes as servants. With the heart of love, you gather the six realms under your power. Great deity, glorious black one, I praise you.
