The Tenth Volume of the Instructions Treasury: The Instructions on the Eight Minor Instructions of Drukpa Rinpoche. The Tenth Volume of the Instructions Treasury. The Instructions on the Eight Minor Instructions of Drukpa Rinpoche. The Instructions on the Eight Minor Instructions of Drukpa Rinpoche possess unique qualities that are not found elsewhere. Homage to the Great Seal). All the Buddhas, the perfectly enlightened ones, have spoken countless gates of Dharma in accordance with the minds of those to be tamed, and whatever tames them is solely for the purpose. As it is said, "Through various vehicles and methods, one realizes the benefit of beings." And, "According to the differences in their minds, one should explain to sentient beings." Likewise, for householders, renunciates, those who have entered the conduct of Bodhisattvas, and practitioners of secret mantra yoga, the signs, attire, and conduct spoken of in each and every instance become reminders that represent the actual basis of their respective paths. In particular, the secret mantra Vajrayana is a path that, through special signs and methods, directly and completely perfects all actions into the path of Buddhahood. One should not think that all that appears in the field of experience is an ordinary object. Rather, one should remember that it is the path of faith and the various displays of wisdom, and therefore it is the path of appearances. All of that is inseparable from the manifestation of the unfabricated suchness of one's own nature, and therefore it is the path of direct perception. In this way, one should regard it as a place of trust. Among these, there are four practices to be done: the eye medicine practice, the antidote ash practice, the empowerment of the meditation belt, and the blessing of the mala. Among these, the first is this eye medicine. In the past, when the Protector of Beings, the Dharma Lord himself, went to the places of the wheel of wisdom in Tsari Tra, the great snow mountains were illuminated by the rays of the sun, causing the eye faculty to be greatly impaired. To avert this harm and suffering, and seeing it as the supreme gate of benefit and happiness, a wisdom Dakini emerged from the Sindhu Sea like a bubble and said to the yogi, "You, in these places..."

When it is time to go, through the arising of these signs, do not lose the correct mindfulness! As was granted, until now in Zamchö (zam mchad) one can still see the practice that has been passed down. In many small booklets it says "Guidance of the Eye Wheel Skullcap," where "skull" means eye or initial, and "cap" means not transgressing, that is, bound without leaving the head, or not exceeding the established range, just as there is a saying of not exceeding the established boundary, so in this way, the "wheel" of the eye wheel is very closely related to being able to cover half (of something). The base color of the eye wheel is black, symbolizing the unchanging nature of reality. The many eyes drawn on it symbolize the countless pure lands of the enjoyment body. It temporarily accomplishes what is needed, acting according to what needs to be tamed, thus symbolizing the emanation body. Furthermore, the eyes symbolize the eighty-four thousand doors of Dharma, and the three eyes in front symbolize that all of these are gathered into the three doors of liberation, and the black base color symbolizes that all of these do not depart from the single nature of reality. Furthermore, the essence of the eye wheel symbolizes the unborn nature of reality, the form symbolizes the non-ceasing of phenomena, and the function symbolizes benefiting sentient beings. Furthermore, black symbolizes the expanse, the appearance of various things symbolizes wisdom, and the union of the two symbolizes union. Furthermore, the edge of the black base color is surrounded by red, symbolizing that emptiness is increased by bliss, and again the edge is surrounded by blue, symbolizing that bliss is increased by emptiness, and the colors blue and red symbolize Heruka father and mother. The eight large eyes stacked on the left symbolize the eight consciousnesses purified as the eight great charnel grounds, and the twelve eyes or twenty-four eyes on the right, whichever it is, symbolize the twelve places or twenty-four realms purified. Furthermore, the two sides are connected by a single thread, symbolizing that samsara and nirvana are combined in the same mindstream. Thus it is said. Second, the antidote conch moon: At the base of the yogi's ring finger there is a (conch) without conch patterns or black lines, with a red thread...
