།ཡེ་ཤེས་ཕྱི་མ་ཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར། ཞེས་གསུངས་པའི་དོན། བཞི་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཟང་པོ་ནི། གསང་གནས་ཀྱི་རྩེར་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་རང་རིག་གི་གནད་ཀྱིས་འཛག་མེད་བཅིངས་པས། གྱེན་དུ་གཤེགས་པས་མས་བརྟན་གྱི་དགའ་བཞིས། ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེ་སྒྲིབ་བྲལ་དུ་བྱས། གནས་སྐབས་བཞི་སྦྱངས། བླ་མ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་འགྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཆོས་སྐུའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་བྱས་འདོད་པའི་དོན་ཞུས་ནས་ཐུན་ལས་ལྡང་བར་བྱའོ། །བཞི་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་བླ་མ་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྐུར་སྒྲུབ་པ་ལ། བདག་གི་གདན། གཞན་གྱི་གདན། རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་གདན། དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གདན་བཞི། དང་པོ་ནི། ལུས་དྲང་པོར་བསྲང་། མིག་ཐད་ཀའི་བར་སྣང་ལ་ལྟ་སྟངས་བཅུད་ནས་དམིགས་པ་ཉེ་བར་ཞི་བའི་ཡུལ་ལ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་གོ །དེ་ཉིད་ས་ར་ཧས། དབང་པོ་གང་དུ་ནུབ་གྱུར་ཅིང་། །རང་གི་ངོ་བོ་ཉམས་པར་འགྱུར། །གྲོགས་དག་དེ་ནི་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་ལུས། །བླ་མའི་ཞལ་ལས་གསལ་བར་དྲིས། ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ནོ། །གཉིས་པ་ནི། མཉམ་གཞག་དེ་ལས་ལངས་པའི་དུས་སུ་ཡང་། སྣང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞེན་མེད་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྟ་བུར་འཆར་བས་སྤང་བླང་གི་མཚན་མ་རང་སར་གྲོལ་བའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནི་གཉིས་སུ་མི་བྱ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། རིགས་དང་བྱེ་བྲག་དག་ཏུ་མ་འབྱེད་ཅིག །ཅེས་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། རྗེས་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་ཉམས་ལེན་ནོ། །གསུམ་པ་ནི། མཉམ་བཞག་ཏུ་འོད་གསལ་ལས་གཡོ་བ་མེད་པས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས། རྗེས་ཐོབ་ཏུ་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོས་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པས་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་སྐུ་བླ་མ་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པ་འགྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ས་ར་ཧས། ནམ་ཞིག་སྦྱོར་བ་ཞི་གནས་ གཅིག་ལ་ནི་ཞུགས་པ་ན། བདེ་ཆེན་མཆོག་ནི་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་སུ་མི་ཤོང་ངོ་། །ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ནོ། །གསུམ་པ་གེགས་སྲུང་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་ནི། །ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སྲོག་ཆགས་བསད་པར་བྱ། །རྫུན་གྱི་ཚིག་ཀྱང་སྨྲ་བར་བྱ། །མ་བྱིན་པ་ཡང་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ལོང་། །གཞན་གྱི་བུད་མེད་བརྟེན་པར་གྱིས། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ལས་མི་འདའ་བའོ། །བཞི་པ་བོགས་འདོན་གྱི་སྤྱོད་པ་བཞི་དུས་ཚོད་དང་འབྲེལ་བར་བྱའོ། །ལམ་ཟབ་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཉམས་ལེན་སྙིང་པོར་དྲིལ་བ་པདྨ་དཀར་པོས་ཟིན་བྲིས་སུ་ལེགས་པར་བཀོད་པའོ།། །།། གདམས་ངག་མཛོད་པོད་བཅུ་པ། ལམ་ཟབ་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཁྲིད་རིམ།

意思是说，会变成后来的智慧。第四，殊胜的智慧是：在密处的顶端，以菩提心自明的要诀束缚住不漏之精液，向上升起，以下稳固的四喜，使身语意智慧的明点没有遮障，净化四种状态，就能成就上师法身。请求开示想要做法身祈请文的意义，然后从禅修中起身。第四，在菩提心坛城中观修上师自性身，有四种座：自之座、他之座、瑜伽之座、真如之座。第一，身体正直端坐，眼睛专注凝视前方虚空，将注意力集中在寂静之处。萨ra哈说：诸根没入何处时，自己的本性就会消失。朋友们，这就是俱生身，从上师的口中清楚地询问。这是它的意思。第二，从禅定中起身时，一切显现都像无执的幻象般显现，以舍弃取舍的相状自然解脱的方式来修持。这就是不二而一，不要区分种类和差别。这是它的意思。这是后得的修持。第三，在禅定中，光明不动的智慧之聚，在后得中，以大悲心使福德之聚圆满，从而成就双运身，上师自性身圆满。萨ra哈说：当结合进入寂止时，大乐至高无上，无法容纳于虚空界。这是它的意思。第三，守护障碍的誓言是：你应当杀害众生，也应当说谎，不给予的也应当拿取，也应当依止他人的妻子。不要违背这些话。第四，四种增益的行持要与时间相联系。将甚深不共的修持精要浓缩，由白莲花记录下来，写得很好。 《窍诀藏》第十函，甚深不共道次第引导。

It means that it will become later wisdom. Fourth, the excellent wisdom is: at the top of the secret place, the bodhicitta is bound by the key point of self-awareness without leakage. Ascending upwards, the four joys of lower stability make the body, speech, mind, and wisdom thigle free from obscurations, purify the four states, and the lama dharmakaya will be accomplished. Ask for the meaning of wanting to make the dharmakaya prayer, and then get up from meditation. Fourth, in the mandala of bodhicitta, meditate on the lama's nature body, there are four seats: self-seat, other-seat, yoga-seat, and suchness-seat. First, sit upright with your body straight, focus your eyes on the space in front of you, and focus your attention on a quiet place. Saraha said: When the senses sink into what place, one's own nature will disappear. Friends, this is the co-emergent body, ask clearly from the mouth of the lama. This is its meaning. Second, even when getting up from meditation, all appearances appear like unattached illusions, and practice in a way that naturally liberates the characteristics of abandoning and taking. This is non-dual and one, do not distinguish between types and differences. This is its meaning. This is the post-attainment practice. Third, in meditation, the collection of wisdom that is immovable from luminosity, in post-attainment, the collection of merit is perfected by great compassion, thereby accomplishing the union body, the lama's nature body is perfected. Saraha said: When the union enters stillness, great bliss is supreme and cannot be contained in the realm of space. This is its meaning. Third, the vows to protect against obstacles are: you should kill living beings, you should also lie, you should also take what is not given, and you should also rely on other people's wives. Do not violate these words. Fourth, the four enriching practices should be related to time.
