幻轮者，如莲花之中央结跏趺坐，揉捏一切，伸展三千世界。揉捏头颅，使其弯曲，手臂旋转，击打背部。收拢手臂，束缚六处，向后弯曲，向前收拢。搅动大海，发出“哈布”之声。向右和向左扭转，以老鹰盘旋之姿供养。安住于金刚跏趺坐，撼动山岳，塑造鸟足。拉伸拇指，伸直小指。进行卡拉那的结合。右伸展，左手收拢放下。左伸展，右手收拢放下。以鸟啄之姿仰卧，面朝下，左右平等，从骶骨的内侧，到圆形的骶骨外侧。嬉戏，脚后跟放在肩胛骨上。此外，还有跑、踱、跳跃，向右和向左旋转，前后等等金刚舞。应知上师的口诀。将行为修持至究竟，或者开始一切方向的胜利。以鲜花等供养之后，安稳地坐在禅定之处，与手印一同进入，真实地开始金刚结合。金刚日落之后，如果深刻地思维此结合，在黎明升起之时，必定成就，对此毫无疑问。两三天四五天必定。如果瑜伽士发生转变，死亡只是分别念，将被引导至喜乐之地。或者往生极乐世界，将往生于任何 желаемом 种姓。从一切罪业中解脱，成办一切所愿，因为舍弃了能取和所取的修习，所以被称为一切方向的胜利。吉祥那若巴大师的行持之法歌终结。由名为巴日瑜伽母的智慧空行母翻译和校对。法迹是从喀尔曲的岩石中迎请出的伏藏，如是也。 窍诀藏第十函，名为行持之法歌，生起味等舍的窍诀。

Twisting to the right and to the left, Offering with the posture of an eagle soaring. Abiding in vajra posture, Shaking the mountains, shaping bird's feet. Stretching the thumb, straightening the little finger. Performing the union of Karana. Right stretching, left hand gathering and releasing. Left stretching, right hand gathering and releasing. Lying supine in the posture of a bird pecking, Face down, right and left equal, From the inner side of the sacrum, To the outer side of the round sacrum. Playing, placing the heels on the shoulder blades. Furthermore, running, pacing, jumping, Rotating to the right and to the left, Front and back, and so on, the vajra dance. The guru's oral instructions should be known. Bringing the conduct to its ultimate conclusion, Or beginning the complete victory in all directions. After making offerings with flowers and so on, Sitting well in the place of meditation, Entering together with the mudras, Truly beginning the vajra union. After the vajra sun has set, If this union is deeply contemplated, At the time when dawn arises, Accomplishment will surely occur, there is no doubt about this. Certainly in two, three, four, or five days. If the yogi undergoes transformation, Death is merely a conceptual thought, And will be led to the place of joy. Or will be born in Sukhavati, Will be born in any desired lineage. Liberated from all sins, Accomplishing all wishes, Because the practice of grasping and being grasped is abandoned, Therefore it is called the complete victory in all directions.
