好的。 唉呀！ 父亲至尊上师仁波切。 您与诸佛无别。 如今以慈悲心对待信奉的弟子， 立即显现殊胜佛子的形象， 总是在思虑并感到忧伤。 尊贵的噶玛巴之名广为人知。 虽然您尊者的加持力不小， 但相续被强烈的烦恼所控制， 当黑业的行为盛行之时， 五浊恶世的众生们， 只会堕入恶道的悬崖。 父亲噶玛巴请您慈悲垂视！ 过去所造的业毫无意义， 过去所修的法混杂着八法， 从未想起修持唯一的真实道。 现在除了您之外，没有其他希望。 父亲噶玛巴请您慈悲垂视！ 实际上，死主阎罗的使者在背后追赶， 时间在年月日的面前逼近， 当下被散乱之事在中间迷惑， 没有察觉到，恐怕已经被欺骗了。 父亲慈悲垂视。 年轻时，根识清晰时，心如孩童， 身体强壮时，被琐事所扰乱， 现在衰老体弱之时， 即使忆起纯正的佛法，也已经晚了。 父亲慈悲垂视。 自己想要停留也无法停留， 想要携带财物也无法携带， 想要与朋友相伴也只能独自一人， 来世必定要前往另一个世界。 父亲慈悲垂视。 凭借今生的习气所产生的力量， 中阴的险道将会如何呢？ 如同头朝下入睡的梦境一般， 实际上，获得自主是非常困难的。 父亲慈悲垂视。 总的来说，轮回的法没有实义， 特别是，无常的身体没有实义， 这如同天空中出现的彩虹一般， 即使执着为真实，最终也会消失。 父亲噶玛巴请您慈悲垂视！ 向上对诸佛没有信心， 向下对众生没有慈悲心， 即使身穿袈裟，也只是表面现象， 即使用剃刀剃发，实际意义甚微。 父亲。 听闻佛法虽多，却未解要义， 口说之语虽热烈，相续却未调伏， 身处寂静山林，却贪恋世俗家， 眼观六道众生，却无真实证悟。 父亲。 他人之过，虽小亦能察觉， 自身之腐，深藏不觉。 迷惑他人之头脑， 痛苦不是自己招致的吗？ 父亲。 心中诸佛之语，无一不全， 不思有益于自心否， 为求更大利益而闻法。

Alright. Alas! Father, venerable and precious Lama. You are no different from all the Buddhas. Now, with loving-kindness towards your devoted disciple, You immediately assume the form of the supreme son of the Buddhas, Always contemplating and feeling sorrow. The glorious name of Karmapa is widely known. Although the blessings of you, venerable one, are not small, yet the mindstream is completely seized by strong afflictions, When the practice of black deeds flourishes, the sentient beings of the five degenerate ages will only fall into the abyss of the lower realms. Father Karmapa, please look upon us with compassion! Past actions are meaningless, Past Dharma practices are mixed with the eight worldly concerns, Never remembering to practice the one true path. Now, other than you, there is no hope. Father Karmapa, please look upon us with compassion! In reality, the messengers of Yama, the Lord of Death, are chasing from behind, Time is approaching from the front in years, months, and days, In the present, being distracted by activities deludes us in between, Without realizing it, it seems we have been deceived. Father, look upon us with compassion. When young, when the senses are clear, the mind is like a child's, When the body is strong, it is distracted by busyness, Now, when old and decrepit, Even if one remembers the pure Dharma, it is too late. Father, look upon us with compassion. One wants to stay, but has no power to stay, One wants to take wealth, but cannot take it, One wants to be with friends, but is alone, In the future, one is certain to go to another world. Father, look upon us with compassion. By the power of the imprints of this life, What will the perilous path of the bardo be like? Like a dream of sleeping head down, In reality, obtaining freedom is extremely difficult. Father, look upon us with compassion. In general, the things of samsara have no essence, In particular, the impermanent body has no essence, This is like a rainbow appearing in the sky, Even if one grasps it as real, it will vanish. Father Karmapa, please look upon us with compassion! Upwards, there is no faith in the Buddhas, Downwards, there is little compassion for sentient beings, Even if one wears monastic robes, it is only an appearance, Even if one shaves the hair with a razor, the actual meaning is minimal. Father. Although one hears much Dharma, one does not understand the essential point, Although one speaks passionately, the mindstream is not tamed, Although one frequents solitary mountain retreats, one craves home, Although one makes a show of looking, there is no real experience. Father. One is quick to notice the small faults of others, But one does not notice the rot within oneself, Deceiving the minds of others, Isn't the suffering one's own doing? Father. All the words of the victorious Buddhas are in one's mind, Without thinking whether it benefits one's own mindstream, One hears the Dharma in order to gain greater profit.

就这样做了。那能走向解脱之道吗？唉！你以修行人的方式来经营世俗，总的来说接受所有人的供养，一生也都在散乱中度过，呼吸急促的时候会怎么样呢？唉！我为此从内心深处感到悲伤，向上祈请诸佛。总的来说，对于末法时代的众生，特别是像我这样具有修行人外表的人，噶玛巴，请您以慈悲来摄受吧！儿子我没有其他的依靠之处。您自己知道苦行者的苦乐。从无漏大乐的法界宫殿中，愿怙主您与我无二无别！这是夏玛·贡却延拉在吉祥的擦日扎的珍宝洞穴中所作。

In general, for sentient beings of the degenerate age, and especially for those like me who have the appearance of religious practitioners, Karmapa, please hold us with your compassion! Son, I have no other place of refuge. You yourself know the joys and sorrows of a renunciant.
