ས་སེས་ཆང་དྲངས་ནས། སྟོན་པ་དེ་འགྲོ་དོན་ཡོང་ངམ་ཞུས་པས། བླ་མའི་ཞལ་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་ཉིད་ཉི་མ་ལྟ་བུ། དབུས་པ་སྟོན་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཟླ་བ་ལྟ་བུ་དེ་བཞིན་ཡིན་གསུངས། དེ་ནས་ཐོག་ཅིག་ཏུ་དབུས་པ་སྟོན་པ་བླ་མའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་བྱོན་ནོ། །ཐུགས་ཡིད་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པར་འདྲེས་ཏེ། དབང་དང་གདམས་པ་ཡང་མང་དུ་གནང་། བླ་མའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ཡང་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་བསྡད། འབྱོན་ཁར་སེམས་ཁྲིད་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་འདི་དང་། འཕོ་བ་དོན་གྱི་གྲོང་འཇུག་འདི་གཉིས་གནང་ནས་རྒྱུད་ཐམས་ཅད་སྨིན་གྲོལ་ལ་སོང་། འགྲོ་དོན་ཚད་མེད་པའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ཤར། བླ་མས་འཚོ་བྱེད་གཞོན་ནུ་ལུང་བསྟན། དེ་བཞིན་ཡིན་ཡང་དུས་ངན་པས། ཆོས་པ་གཞན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བློ་ངོར་སྦས་པའི་ངང་དུ་སྡོད་ཞུས་པས། འོ་ན་དེ་ཚུག་འཐད་གསུངས་ནས། སྒམ་པོ་པ་རུ་བཏགས། སྒམ་པོའི་ལུང་བསྟན་ཞིབ་པར་མཛད། སྒམ་པོ་ལུང་བསྟན་པའི་མགུར་གསུངས། དེ་སྟེང་དབུས་སུ་འོང་སེ་བ་ལུང་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དབེན་གནས་མང་པོ་ཞིག་ཏུ་སྒྲུབ་པ་ལོ་ཤེས་བྱས། དེ་ནས་ཐབས་ཀྱིས་སྒམ་པོར་བྱོན། ལས་ཅན་གྱི་སློབ་མ་མང་པོ་འདུས། ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་སྟོང་ཁ་བུད་པའི་དུས་སུ། ད་ལྟ་དུས་བཟང་བས་བསྒོམ་ནུས་པར་གདའ། སྙན་བརྒྱུད་དང་ཆོས་དྲུག་འདིས་མཆོག་པ་མི་འདུག །སེམས་ཁྲིད་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་འདི་དང་། འཕོ་བ་དོན་གྱི་གྲོང་འཇུག་འདི་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བསྟན་སྲུང་ལ་ཏྲག་ཤད་ཐལ་མོ་གཅིག་ཆོག་འདི་དགོས་སོ། །སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨའི་ལུང་བསྟན་འདི་ལ་བལྟས་ན་བསྒོམ་ལོང་མེད་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་པའི་གདམས་ངག་འདི་གཉིས། སྙིགས་མའི་དུས་སུ་དགོས་པར་འདུག་སྙམ་སྟེ། སྒམ་པོ་ག་དར་གྱི་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་མཚོ་མཎྜལ་ནག་པོའི་ནང་དུ་གཏེར་དུ་སྦས། འདི་སྦས་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དེས་འགྲོ་བ་མ་ལུས་བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག། །།དགེའོ།། །། སེམས་ཁྲིད་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུའི་ལོ་རྒྱུས།

敬献了酒，请问这位导师能利益众生吗？上师说：世尊就像太阳，中部导师就像月亮一样。之后，中部导师来到了上师面前，身心与上师融为一体，上师也赐予了许多灌顶和教导，并在上师面前住了很久。临走时，赐予了《心性引导如意宝》和《迁识夺舍入胎法》这两种法，使所有弟子都成熟解脱，开启了利益无量众生的缘起。上师预言了医生童子。虽然如此，但因时局不好，让（中部导师）隐藏身份，不要让其他修行人知道。中部导师说：那好吧。于是被命名为冈波巴。详细地做了冈波的预言，唱诵了冈波预言之歌。之后在中部地区，在雍色瓦隆等许多寂静的地方修行多年。之后想方设法去了冈波，聚集了很多有缘分的弟子。 在圆满结束的时候，现在是好时候，可以修行。有了口耳传承和那若六法，没有比这更好的了。《心性引导如意宝》和《迁识夺舍入胎法》这两种法的护法，需要一个名叫扎夏塔摩的护法。如果看莲花生大师的预言，这两个无需修行就能成佛的窍诀，在末法时代是需要的。于是将它们埋藏在冈波噶达的后面，黑色曼陀罗湖中作为伏藏。以此埋藏的善根，愿所有众生都能获得无上菩提！吉祥！ 《心性引导如意宝》的历史。

After offering chang (Tibetan barley beer), they asked if that teacher would benefit beings. The Lama said, "The Bhagavan is like the sun, and the Central Teacher is like the moon." Then, on one occasion, the Central Teacher came before the Lama. Their minds and hearts merged into one, and the Lama bestowed many empowerments and teachings. He stayed before the Lama for a long time. When he was about to leave, the Lama gave him these two teachings: "The Mind Training Wish-Fulfilling Jewel" and "The Transference of Consciousness, Entering the City of Meaning," which ripened and liberated all disciples. The connection for benefiting limitless beings arose. The Lama prophesied the physician Youth. However, because of the bad times, he was asked to stay hidden in the minds of other practitioners. He said, "Okay, that's fine." Then he was named Gampopa. He made detailed prophecies about Gampo and sang the song of Gampo's prophecy. After that, in the central region, he practiced for many years in many secluded places such as Yongsewa Lung. Then, by skillful means, he went to Gampo, and many fortunate disciples gathered. At the time of complete fulfillment, now is a good time, you can meditate. There is nothing better than the Whispered Lineage and the Six Dharmas of Naropa. For the protection of the teachings of "The Mind Training Wish-Fulfilling Jewel" and "The Transference of Consciousness, Entering the City of Meaning," this protector named Trakshad Talmo Chigchok is needed. Looking at the prophecy of Guru Padmasambhava, these two instructions for attaining Buddhahood without meditation are needed in the degenerate age. So, he buried them as treasures behind Gampo Gadar, in the Black Mandala Lake. By the root of virtue of this burial, may all beings attain unsurpassed enlightenment! Auspicious!
