The body is liberated from samsara, refraining from all harm to others, without attachment, solely accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings. Knowing the basis of generosity, one can untie the knots of enjoyment, taking the essence from things and utensils that have no substance, giving generosity to sentient beings without bias. Knowing the basis of Dharma-nature, one can untie the knots of the mind, because the reality of Dharma-nature things, from the beginning, has not been stained by the defilements of grasping and being grasped. The essence is free from all elaborations, and it cannot be pointed out by saying, "The nature is like this." The self-nature is non-dual, spontaneously accomplished wisdom. Therefore, knowing that the various objects of external appearance are mind, one can be liberated from the bonds of what is grasped. The various thoughts of inner recollection are also mind, so one can be liberated from the bonds of grasping. The various appearances of grasping and being grasped in between are also known to be non-dual with mind-nature, so one can be liberated from the bonds of the dualistic mind. This is what is called liberation from the bonds of samsara. The great lamp of union arises in three ways. The arising of the lamp of the union of channel clarity and emptiness is twofold: the channel of consciousness and the channel of wisdom. Among them, the channel of maturation, according to the explanation, is called Avadhuti. The channels that branch out from it, such as the four wheels, and the many names of its branch channels, and so on. So, where is the channel of wisdom? It is free from all shapes, colors, and tactile sensations, and cannot be represented. If one meditates on it without separating it from the channel of maturation, it can become a basis for generating bliss. That is called the channel of wisdom. When the channel of maturation is slightly clear, the channel of wisdom is slightly empty. Therefore, the union of clarity and emptiness naturally exists. The so-called clarity does not refer to seeing objects in front of the eyes, but to seeing one's own mind-nature, without any obscuring obstacles, so it is called clarity. Moreover, it is not like being clear sometimes and unclear at other times, but it is constantly clear in time and circumstances, so it is called constantly pure. The union of channel clarity and emptiness is recognized as being originally present. The union of wind appearance and emptiness is also considered to be twofold, namely the karma of maturation.

These are the winds of karma and the winds of wisdom. Among them, the wind of karma flows through the nostrils, which arises as the difference between life-sustaining air and downward-moving air. The wind of wisdom is without color, shape, and touch, and cannot be described. If you meditate on it as inseparable from the wind of karma, it dwells in a state that can become the basis for generating bliss. This is called the wind of wisdom. Moreover, when the wind of karma appears, the wind of wisdom is emptiness; when the wind of wisdom is emptiness, the wind of karma appears. Therefore, the union of wind, appearance, and emptiness exists naturally. The union of wind, appearance, and emptiness is not like something that appears before the eyes, but refers to seeing one's own mind-essence, which is invisible and called seeing emptiness. Moreover, it is not like being empty sometimes and not empty at other times, but refers to the fact that at any time and in any situation, the nature of appearance cannot be determined anywhere. Therefore, appearance is continuously purified, which is considered to be the state in which the union of wind, appearance, and emptiness originally exists. The union of bindu, bliss, and emptiness is also twofold: contaminated bindu and uncontaminated bindu. Among them, contaminated bindu refers to the bindu that exists through the gates of the senses, relying on the body as a basis, and exists in the white and red phases. This is called contaminated bindu. Uncontaminated bindu cannot be found outside of contaminated bindu. It is without shape, touch, and color. If you meditate on it as inseparable from contaminated bindu, it dwells in a state that can become the basis for generating bliss. This is called the wisdom of uncontaminated bindu. Moreover, when contaminated bindu is bliss, uncontaminated bindu is emptiness; when uncontaminated bindu is emptiness, contaminated bindu is bliss. Therefore, the union of bindu, bliss, and emptiness is naturally existent from the beginning. Moreover, the bindu of bliss and emptiness is not like something that appears before the eyes, but refers to seeing the suchness of one's own mind, which is never defiled by suffering. This is called bliss and emptiness. Moreover, it is not like being blissful sometimes and not blissful at other times, but refers to the fact that at any time and in any situation, bliss and emptiness are mixed, and non-conceptualization is continuously purified. This is called continuous purification. The union of bindu, bliss, and emptiness is considered to be the state that originally exists.
