At that time, realize the nature. Non-meditation realization is the cause of samsara. Although these are the ultimate intentions of sutras, tantras, treatises, instructions, and authoritative statements, they are clarified by Dakpo Rinpoche, thus becoming the Dharma of realization. The answer to the detailed inquiry by Lord Dakpo in the manner of practice is known as "Oral Instructions." The venerable Phagmo Drupa divided it into four, three, and twelve types. The Protector of Beings, Tsangpa Gyare, said: Seeing or not seeing the essence, whether or not conceptual thoughts arise as meditation, whether or not virtues are perfected, whether or not the seeds of the form body are sown, whether or not one is at ease with conventionality, whether or not virtues are born—these six are used to distinguish subtle details. The iron hook, the rainbow, selflessness—these are the three meditations of the time of one-pointedness. Resting in each aspect, these are the two meditations of the time of non-proliferation. Knowing the time of the great bliss of samsara and nirvana as one taste, thus it is understood. Gyalwa Drikungpa divided it into six with great non-proliferation, holding that the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Abhisamayas are the same. Small one taste is the seventh bhumi, medium one taste is the eighth bhumi, and large one taste is the ninth bhumi. The tenth and eleventh bhumis of non-meditation, large, medium, and small, mainly follow the sutras and intentions, which is the view of the Protector of Beings, Tsangpa Gyare. The tenth bhumi is taken as the path of meditation. The eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, and fourteenth bhumis are the path of no more learning. At the level of the three bodies of the Buddha, it is in accordance with the door of the secret mantra Vajrayana, which is the view of the supreme being, Baharawa. The result is the two sacred bodies, the first of the supreme is the three bodies, and from this distinction, there are four bodies, five bodies, six bodies, and so on, with many classifications. Among them, the Nirmanakaya has two wisdoms and awareness, the Sambhogakaya has five wisdoms, and the Dharmakaya has three wisdoms. Although it is said that way, the three bodies are inseparable after becoming a Buddha, and because the nature is one, the differences are only shown for guidance. Here, the qualities include the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities, etc., which are the main qualities of the Dharmakaya. The thirty-two major marks, the eighty minor marks, the sixty melodious sounds, etc., are the main qualities of the Rupakaya. In common, there are the seven branches of the qualities of union, the eight branches of the qualities of Bodhi, and the five aspects of the wheel of inexhaustible adornment. In short, Buddha, Bodhi, Bhagavan, words cannot exhaust, it is the perfection of immeasurable qualities.

May the fruit of supreme accomplishment, the Great Seal, the state of glorious Vajradhara, be realized. Lacking the five eyes, not having attained the six superknowledges, Not understanding the five places, the power of abandonment and realization not perfected, Without the signs of practice, only a conjectural interpreter, Possessing various names such as Götsang Repa, I, a yogi like Marpa, Regarding the activities of scholars such as teaching, debating, and writing, Although not appropriate and without the ability, Due to past habituation, innate recollection, innate diligence, and possessing wisdom, Being certain of the lineage of the holy ones, known as the incarnation of Tsari, Due to the repeated urging of great beings, I have written down a little of what I understand. If there are errors, I confess to the wise and accomplished ones. May the immeasurable merit arising from this, Cause all beings equal to space to attain the state of Vajradhara! May auspicious glory blaze and become the ornament of the world! Again, having carefully examined and researched in the forest of glorious Samantabhadra, even the slightest grammatical errors have been eliminated, so it is very accurate. Who said this? It is I, the scribe Repa, who said this at a time when I was unable to engage in virtuous deeds. The Illuminator of the Connection of the Essential Instructions of the Four-Syllable Great Seal, the Sun Lord. By Götsangpa.
