For all mind-related things, visualize yourself as the deity you are practicing, emanate and gather light from the seed-syllable at your heart, bestow blessings, and engage in the visualization of purifying the outer vessel and inner essence. Details should be learned from the guru's teachings. The upward-shining light offers to the noble ones and enters their hearts. Returning again, the blessing of non-dual wisdom enters you. The downward-shining light purifies all outer vessel and inner essence into a palace, and the inner essence is visualized as deities and goddesses. It is said that the meaning of the complete transformation of the three realms is also here. Visualize the guru on its crown and dissolve it into all of these, non-dual and inseparable. Then, whether you visualize the appearance and awareness as the deity's generation stage or completion stage, appearance is emptiness, the mandala of the body; clarity is emptiness, everything is the mandala of speech; bliss is emptiness, everything is the mandala of mind. Body, speech, and mind are the samadhi called wisdom vajra. It is said that this is also the intent of the tantras. It is said that this is a commentary made by Gungrapa. Looking at it a little more closely, all the phenomena of appearance and awareness are deeply convinced to be unreal illusions. Moreover, this is not something to be fabricated immediately, but is natural from the beginning. Completely cut off the imputation and fabrication, self-luminous and clear, naturally liberated, this is the dharmakaya that is liberated from the duality of samsara and nirvana. Knowing this, unconditioned compassion naturally arises for sentient beings who have not realized it, and this is also the nature of the dharmadhatu, so it is said to be non-dual. There is no fault in reversing the order of skillful means and wisdom, and this fault is dispelled by scriptural proof. The Sambuṭa says: "By meditating on emptiness at first, the stains of embodied beings are washed away." Also, as the Compendium says: "Knowing that these aggregates are empty and unborn from the beginning, without abiding in samadhi, compassion enters the realm of sentient beings. During that time, one will not degenerate from the Buddha's teachings." Generosity is the preliminary to generosity, and so is wisdom, as well as ethics, patience, diligence, and meditation. In order not to waste virtuous deeds, one must fully uphold them. This shows one way of all dharmas. So it is said. Then, the Compendium says: "As long as the root of joy is not fully perfected, one will not attain that supreme emptiness." Also, as the Two Examinations say: "At first

If someone thinks that one should say "perform the Uposatha," etc., that is an order of easy arising, but here it is an order of necessary arising. The undifferentiated one is the one who has the essence of emptiness and compassion, or the skillful means that does not waver from wisdom. Therefore, he effortlessly travels the supreme path. As it says in the Compendium: "Although great compassion arises, there is no perception of sentient beings. At that time, the wise one becomes the place of giving for all beings." This is called "the essence of the path, the natural flow of meaning."
