The way this arises is the transmission of meaning, and the transmission of symbols is the unerring knowledge of the symbolic meanings of the four empowerments such as the vase empowerment, and the five aspects of the blessing transmission are the perfect complete enlightenment, the vajra master, the yidam deity, the dakini, and the blessing of self-nature, all four of these transmissions are complete in this. Secondly, based on this, the realization of the three paths will arise, merely obtaining the vase empowerment will give rise to the generation stage, obtaining the secret empowerment will give rise to self-blessing, and obtaining the wisdom-wisdom empowerment will give rise to the mandala wheel path. The individual who abides in this latter path possesses three vows: the vow of individual liberation because the bindu abides equally in the body; the vow of the bodhisattva because great compassion arises for sentient beings who do not realize this; and the vow of secret mantra because bliss blazes due to the power of the wind increasing. Thirdly, if it is in accordance with the Paramita Vehicle, then it will be perfected by relying on the five paths or mudras, the means of cultivating the mind of enlightenment with sixty-four parts, or sixteen parts, or twelve parts, etc., with effort is the path of accumulation; the path of equally uniting the bodhicitta (bo lla kakko la); the first realization of the joy of great bliss is the path of seeing; repeatedly familiarizing oneself with the path of bliss and emptiness union is the path of meditation; the ultimate accomplishment of the mudra is the ultimate path, it should be understood as such. Secondly, the actual practice to be undertaken, the root text is: The god-given one makes a horse, the four doors of the dragon open, the bow is full and desire is taken, the turtle walks and increases, stopping and exhaling, kara hega sends to the place. Its meaning is that the current practice relies on one's own body, and the intention of the root text is to rely on the mudra of another body. The first is: It is difficult for people today to practice with real objects, and even relying on another body, one must first obtain a firm mind in Yera, therefore there are two aspects to this: the preliminary is to train the winds and cultivate the view, the main practice is to increase the samadhi of bliss and emptiness. The first is: refuge and bodhicitta.

One should cultivate the arising of Bodhicitta to the point of perfection. Sit comfortably on a cushion and assume the posture of cross-legged meditation. Place both hands on the knees. Fix the gaze on the tip of the nose. Forcefully inhale the lower breath and slowly and deeply draw in and press down the "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) from the abdomen. If there is pain in the waist at that time, move the abdomen and straighten upwards. Bind the waist with soft materials such as silk. If there is a headache, shake the head. If there is pain in the upper body, move the upper body. If one practices like this for seven days or half a month, or twenty-one days, one will gain the ability to control downward evacuation as desired. In order to test its extent and make it stable, boil a goose or duck egg, break one end, and take out the contents. Fill it with sheep's milk mixed with six good medicines and sugar, insert one's secret place into it, and seal all the gaps with dough. Then, slowly and deeply inhale the "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), gradually, about one-third, two-thirds, and all of it will be able to straighten. After that, if one can also straighten from a container such as a copper bowl, one will gain control over retracting and extending the secret place. In the meantime, one must first cultivate the view. That is, in the "Accomplishment of Wisdom" it says: "Pervading and the Vajra Body, the unchanging nature, the true accomplishment of wisdom, and omniscience, are considered to be so." Thus, it possesses four characteristics: the nature of mind is wisdom Vajra, pervading the reality of all things. Not destroyed by compounded causes, hence the Vajra Body. The three times
