Time. Abiding in the place of abiding is the time of realization. The time of understanding the abandonment of the two extremes. Furthermore, in any case, since one has not moved from the Mahamudra, one is not lost in what has passed. Since realization increases from above, one is not idle in the place of abiding. Since one is liberated from grasping, one does not fall into the upper and lower. Therefore, one understands all phenomena as the twelve similes, such as illusion. One understands the meaning as being perfected in the mind. One understands the Mahamudra without letters, possessing these three, the meaning of this path is accomplished. Third, there are two signs of accomplishment: the sign of effort and the sign of no effort. First, the sign of effort is: when there is separation of calm and insight, when there is only calm abiding, when one needs to rely on antidotes for sudden afflictions, when objects are sometimes harmful and sometimes not. Second, the sign of no effort is: when calm and insight are mixed and everything goes into the environment of equanimity, when the wisdom of insight arises, when afflictions do not oppress and latent tendencies are eliminated, when one is separated from the eight worldly concerns, and when environmental conditions are beneficial. Thus, when there is no session and no break between sessions, and calm and insight have become mixed, the time when appearances arise as the teacher, the time when things arise as the guru, the time when afflictions turn into the path, the time when thoughts arise as wisdom, the time when the five poisons turn into medicine, the time when the precipice of the six realms is cut off, the time when the city of the six realms is destroyed, the time when appearances and emptiness are understood as illusion. Like a fire spreading in a forest, or snow falling on the ocean, or like a waxing moon, the special qualities of realization naturally abide. Like meeting someone one has known before, without the effort of thought and deliberation, it is said that at that time, one will realize the Mahamudra, which is beyond sound and thought, the very nature of which is without letters. In this tradition, there is no fixed time for practice. Whenever conceptual thought itself arises as an antidote and becomes a companion to realization, one should not accept or reject food, but practice according to what is appropriate, good or bad. Without accepting or rejecting conduct, one should directly cut through whatever appearances arise. Without good or bad friends, one should associate with whoever comes along. That is, starting from secret conduct.

It should be done to the end. The general topic is three. It is considered that the three bodies possess seven qualities. The Dharmakaya has three qualities: the absence of essence due to the pacification of elaborations, the continuity due to the transformation into the equality of the three times, and the absence of cessation due to the separation from the arising and destruction of the compounded. The Sambhogakaya has three qualities: the blazing of signs and examples, the union with the mother of self-arising wisdom, and the moistening of the mind-stream with uncontaminated bliss, which is a special nature. The Nirmanakaya has one quality of continuous compassion: the continuous accomplishment of the benefit of beings through compassion without an object. Alternatively, it is considered that the result is four bodies. First, the abiding of the mind in purity by its own nature is the Svabhavikakaya. The transformation of this into manifestation through the power of meditation
