Now, abide in a state like the sky. On the conventional level, with great compassion for parents and sentient beings tormented by the suffering of illness, train the mind with the practice of giving and taking, and carry the illness onto the path. Fourth, if an external demonic obstacle arises, gather the body, speech, and mind into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) at the heart, and verbally utter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), shake the body vigorously, and engage in the conduct of a madman. It is said. In general, all that is held as demons, obstructors, and harm-doers are conceptual thoughts of one's own mind. The appearance of demonic forms is also due to the fact that one does not recognize the nature of that conceptual thought itself, and clings to the experience of grasping and being grasped, and it does not exist otherwise. Just as when a rope is mistaken for a snake, fear arises because the rope is seen as a snake. The cause and condition for this arising is also that the roots of the three poisons reside in one's own ripened body, and when wind enters into them, grasping thoughts arise in accordance with each. Therefore, whether strange phenomena actually occur, or whether one is afraid, fearful, uneasy, and depressed because one suspects they will occur, one should firmly grasp the very mind of fear and so on. Do not affirm or negate the thought of clinging to ghosts. Do not regard it as good or bad. Do not make any modifications, but recognize it as one's own mind, relax, and abide in non-attachment. When that very thought appears as meditation, it is transformed into the path, and fearful thoughts subside, and one feels warm and comfortable. The harm of demons and obstructors subsides, and turns into one's own power. For those who have not yet transformed it into the path, it is difficult to understand at first, and it may feel uncomfortable during practice, which seems to be a phenomenon of confusion of thoughts and karmic winds. If one leaves it alone at the beginning, it will gradually become the key. When one is accustomed to it, as soon as one recognizes the thought, it will appear as practice. The specific antidote is: whether the signs of obstacles due to the influence of demons are direct or indirect, one should recognize that it is an obstacle. At the heart, visualize the essence of the guru and yidam as inseparable, the dark blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllable. Completely gather one's body, speech, and mind into it, focus on it, and recite as many times as possible the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllable with strong power, shake the body vigorously, jump, run, dance, etc., and engage in the conduct of a madman.

By the earth (seed syllable: ས་, Devanagari: स, Romanized Sanskrit: sa, meaning: earth) one will be victorious over the battle of obstacles. The seventh is the result: In such a way, by relying on the complete practice of the path and combining it with conduct, one will attain the state of the three kayas with seven branches. That is, the branch of the Dharmakaya, which is emptiness of self-nature. In the Sambhogakaya, the three branches of union, great bliss, and perfect enjoyment. In the Nirmanakaya, the wheel of activity of compassionate deeds is continuous, the three branches of being without obstruction, as explained in other slightly more detailed texts. Lotus field, Dwelling noble supreme. With the grace of well-spoken song and dance. The supreme state of possessing eight powers. Effortlessly achieving realization, strive here. This is a chapter from the true guide to the Great Seal composed by the noble Nagarjuna, made by Lodro Thaye (Intelligence Beyond Measure) according to the instructions of the venerable Lama Rinpoche. May virtue and goodness increase! The sixth volume of the Treasury of Instructions, the guide to obtaining the presence of the stupa of the noble Nagarjuna, the excellent tree of auspicious bilva.
