Do not attend to the sick. Although one must bear the evil deeds of all sentient beings, Bear what is appropriate to bear, so as to reduce painful complaints. Even if a contagious disease strikes the body, Do not resort to wrong methods due to your own faults. If such unwanted things do not befall, It is never possible to enter the desired path. When examined by the wise, all unwanted things, Are the source of all that is desired, therefore, accept them willingly. Like this, if sentient beings willingly accept wrongdoings, Without donning armor, There can be no happiness for those in samsara. Therefore, willingly accept the unwanted. This is from the biography of the Great Sage Shakyamuni, The Dharma to be learned by the holy ones, The Dharma to be entered by the heroes, The second chapter is the essence of poison. Named "The Peacock Wandering in the Forest of Deadly Poison." I prostrate to the Lord, the Executioner of Yama. Whoever is intelligent, during the six times of day and night, Reflects on and examines the faults of samsara in general and in particular, and becomes very frightened, Therefore, takes and keeps the vows of individual liberation. When one's own vows of liberation are firm, Consider these beings as fathers and mothers, And for their sake, take the vows of aspiration and engagement. When relying on aspiration with a mind of love and compassion, Even if one suffers in the forest of samsara, One does not mind at all, suffering for the sake of others, Even at the cost of one's life, one should steadfastly engage in asceticism. At that time, when countless wicked beings, Experience evil deeds beyond measure, They lose their lives like illusions and dreams, Examine their nature and contemplate the realm of Dharma. Thus, when the unshown and unseen become manifest, Generate even greater confidence and do not mind fear at all, Without thinking of anything, One spontaneously accomplishes the benefit of others alone. When taking on such practice, The dark side becomes extremely unbearable, When masses of obstructing clouds gather, Scatter the pure sky with the wind of mantras. When the sound of the fierce mantra Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)is proclaimed, The fierce pride of the wrathful deities may arise, For the aggregates, like a city of illusion, Know that sound is like an illusory song. Whatever arises is a variety of phenomena manifested from one's own mind, There is nothing to grasp, like the illusory consciousness, Since it has never existed from the beginning, release it into its own place.
