Please heed my supplication! Possessing immeasurable wisdom, skilled in the essence of the supreme vehicle, Illuminating the lineage of the teachings, radiant like a precious jewel, O Great and Venerable One, embodiment of Tulku Donyö Dorje, I beseech you to exhaust the faults of my mind's samsara. From the midst of the endless expanse of samsara, Realizing the purity of dharmata, all appearances as one, The face of the Great Perfection, spontaneously perfect from the beginning, I beseech you to exhaust the mind's clinging to goodness. Luminous clarity manifest, without effort or contrivance, Self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished, the essence of great luminosity, The face of Kuntuzangpo, eternally unmoving, I beseech you to exhaust the mind's grasping and conceptualization. Attaining the siddhi of the Great Perfection, equal to space, Showing all as spontaneously unified, The face of the King who gathers accumulations, pristine self-awareness, I beseech you to exhaust the mind's ignorance. In the very nature of primordial being, the essence of the expanse, Unfabricated, free from elaboration, luminous, without change, The face of the Great Vidyadhara who liberates the three realms, I beseech you to exhaust the mind's acceptance and rejection. With limitless qualities, wisdom blazing with glory, Self-liberating from object-fixation, transcending all self-grasping, The face of the King of Self-Liberation, the immaculate lotus, I beseech you to exhaust the mind's deluded thoughts. Om Ah Hum Svaha (藏文:ༀ་ཨཱ་ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽梭哈). This should be recited three times. Then, actually arrange and offer mandalas of gold and other precious substances, grains, fragrances, medicines, flowers, etc., visualizing them as filling the three thousand worlds. The purpose is twofold: supreme and common. That is, with precious substances, one engages the five supreme wisdoms, and in common terms, one accomplishes an abundance of resources in this life. Similarly, with fruits, one obtains the five kayas and freedom from the fear of famine. With fragrances, one obtains the essence of the Great Primordial Purity of the Dharmadhatu and great clarity of the senses. With medicines, one is liberated from the suffering of samsara and obtains freedom from illness. With flowers, one brings about the attainment of the pure lands of the five lights, and the perfection of wisdom and liberation. Then, all the students rise, remove their upper garments, join their palms at their hearts, align their ankles, fix their gaze on the heart of the lama, and maintain awareness without distraction. The lama, in the manner of abandoning the stacked "A" syllable in distraction...

By reciting a short mantra, the student's body is invigorated, their speech becomes clear and fluent, and non-conceptual thought arises, which is the bestowal of wisdom. Then, to introduce them to the mandala of the heart, the students are positioned with their bodies in the same posture, facing the eastern sky. The lama says in a melodious voice, "Ema, fortunate ones, in the center of the eastern sky, Pargam Gam, etc." This is said three times. Then he says, "Where else to go? Is there a place to go? Is there a guide?" This is how it is said. Similarly, applying this to the south, west, and north, is to place the mind in emptiness, in a state free from thought. Then, the lama raises his finger and makes three "Yug Yug" gestures towards the expanse of the sky, and says three times, "Look at the expanse of the sky," which is to show the pure mandala of the Dharmakaya, equal to the sky. Then, to show the wisdom deity, all the students put on their upper garments and sit in the lotus position. In the four directions of the sun above, four suns surround it, and five suns rise, becoming higher and higher, and finally contemplate merging into an invisible state. The meaning of this is explained as: "Ema, fortunate ones, in the center of that sky, focus your awareness on those five radiant sun mandalas, rising higher and higher!" This is said three times. Then, "Do not regress!" is also said three times. These five suns are the appearance of the five wisdoms, and becoming higher and invisible is merging into the expanse. Saying "Do not regress!" three times symbolizes not regressing from the state of the three kayas. Then, the lama stands up, stretches out his right arm, bends his left arm, points his finger at his eye, and recites the syllable "Ah" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿), doing this four times in each of the four directions. This indicates that stretching out the right arm is to cut off the proliferation of samsara, bending the left arm symbolizes the appearance of nirvana, pointing the finger at the eye symbolizes wisdom arising from the eye, and reciting the syllable "Ah" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿) symbolizes liberation into non-birth in this life. This is how it should be taught. Then, pointing the finger at the sky, and gazing intently at the sky, he says three times, "This sky is vast!" This indicates that pointing the finger at the sky symbolizes the channels appearing in the sky, gazing intently with the eyes symbolizes the way of looking, and saying these words symbolizes the cessation of delusion, the arising of the appearance of wisdom, and merging into the expanse.
