It is said that by pursuing the four joys of union, the nature of bliss is recognized as emptiness, and then one enters the mind-training as before. If one cannot do so, one should gradually enter the path of liberation through methods such as conferred liberation, seeing liberation, and tasting liberation. In general, the nature of mind and Mahamudra are called "wisdom universally clear." It is said that until stability is attained, it is a view that relies on conceptual grasping. However, if one meditates on Dzogchen from the point of introduction, then all appearances of external objects and the internal grasping mind will appear as wisdom. Therefore, it is called the Dzogchen view of self-appearing non-duality and is greatly proclaimed. In any case, once the nature of mind is realized, one should cultivate practice on the inner basis, rather than entering Tögal, and if one practices the key points of dark retreat or appearance guidance to cultivate the practice of clear light empty form, then spontaneous wisdom will manifest, and there is no doubt that one will attain liberation in the Bardo of Dharmata. Here it is said: I, like myself, have no experience of meditation. Although I have received many Mahamudra and Dzogchen teachings, I have forgotten them. Because the understanding of the preceding and following words is also only superficial, Je Baharawa said, "Those who have no experience of meditation, from black letter books, even if they try to write down meditation instructions, will lead to straying into wrong paths." Therefore, I was unable to record it before. However, continuing from the previous prophecy, "Even if one has not attained the ground, has no qualities, one can accomplish the four activities of forbearance, the root of compassion is firm, and doing benefit for others is sufficient." Although one has not attained forbearance, one has a little compassion in the mind, and especially, the mind and Dharma are mixed, able to use Samadhi, awareness arises from the expanse, even though the body remains human, the mind is filled with the thoughts of the Buddha, recording the slightly remembered parts of the teachings of the holy lamas who possess such qualities, because awareness has merged into the expanse, Samsara and Nirvana are liberated in their own places, this is offered at the strong request of the Dzogchen yogi, the powerful Je Rinpoche Chakdorwa. Relying on it, in just a few years, months, and days, one will surely be able to go to the Buddhafield. May all beings be liberated by accurately recording this supreme Dzogchen teaching.

If there are mistakes, I confess to the lama and the deity. This is the path traveled by Indian and Tibetan panditas. By composing this excellent nectar method that liberates the three states of this life, the next life, and the bardo, may all beings enter the path of purity! Mangalam! Furthermore, the great teacher Shri Singha said: First, question where you meet; in the middle, rest where you stay; finally, release where you go. These are the vajra words of the oral transmission. From the three statements of Sogzlogpa Lodro Gyaltsen: First, questioning where you meet means approaching a qualified lama who possesses the wisdom of guidance, thoroughly cutting off the source, dwelling, and destination of the mind, and making inquiries. In the middle, resting where you stay means resting without modifying whatever arises. Finally, releasing where you go means releasing without clinging to experiences or meditative absorption. Explanation of the three statements of oral transmission. End. Sarva Mangalam! The first volume of the Treasury of Pith Instructions, Instructions on the Dzogchen Semde.
