That is realization. From the Intermediate Mother Sutra: The Tathagatas have not completely and perfectly awakened to any dharma, nor have they seen it, nor have they not known it. Because all dharmas are manifestly known as they truly are. The distinction of qualities is that they possess all the qualities of the world and beyond the world, and if classified, they are the holders of the treasure of the sixty-four qualities of the inexhaustible wheel of ornaments of body, speech, and mind. The sixty-four qualities are from the explanation of the Uttaratantra: Thus, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared dharmas of the Buddha, and the thirty-two major marks of a great person, all of these are manifestly summarized in one way to become sixty-four. The ten powers are from the Uttaratantra: The possible and impossible, the results of actions, the faculties, the elements, the inclinations, the paths of all-going, the concentrations, the afflictions without stains, the recollection of abodes, the divine eye, and the peaceful ones, these are the ten powers of knowledge. The four fearlessnesses are from that: Perfect enlightenment of all dharmas, the ability to prevent obstacles, showing the path and showing cessation, these are the four fearlessnesses. The eighteen unshared dharmas are from that very text: They have no error or clamor, they do not forget mindfulness when teaching, they do not have an unfixed mind, nor do they have various thoughts, they do not have unexamined equanimity, desire, diligence, mindfulness, wisdom, liberation, the wisdom of liberation, and seeing all without decline. Thus, these eighteen others are the unshared qualities of the teacher. The explanation of the characteristic vehicle is finished. From the Treasury of Tenets, which clarifies the meaning of all vehicles, the chapter on showing how to practice the path, which is the fourth chapter. Fourth chapter, the chapter on showing how to practice the path.
