The causes and conditions are also accompanied by the sound of the three syllables. The six sounds fight each other, and the basis of the boy's body, speech, and mind dissolves, transforming into the three channels: the right channel, the left channel, and the central channel. Within the central channel, Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, literal Chinese meaning: Ā) and light, as well as the forms of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, are generated, becoming three. On the right, Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ā) and light, as well as the three bodies, are generated. On the left, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) and light, as well as the three bodies, are generated. They become the support for the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. Thus, from the four chakras, the first is the navel chakra, which generates the basis of all things, including the body. Then, because knowledge is accomplished, it is the heart chakra, where memory gathers. Experiencing the taste of memory, it becomes the expression of speech, and all tastes are in the throat chakra. The crown of everything, the manifestation of various forms, is the crown chakra, which is defined as a set of four. Moreover, the letters within the channels, because the sound of the wind stirs, produce sound. Clear letters are melodious sounds. If they are not clear, they are not melodious. If the channel letters are not pure, the sound trembles; if they are pure, they are clear, with points, and so on. Due to the transformation of the key points of the channels, men's voices are coarse because they lack the lineage channel and the channel tubes are wide. Moreover, because they are wide, very wide, and extremely wide, coarse sounds, very coarse sounds, and extremely coarse sounds, and so on, are produced. In women, because the five lineage channels are blocked and the channel tubes are narrow, the voice is subtle from the seed of desire or merely from stirring. Clear and gentle is produced from desire. Gentle and certain is produced from ignorance. Changing and plundering is produced from hatred. Subtle and melodious is produced from both pride and jealousy. Speaking leisurely and sparingly is the lineage that produces happiness. Speaking happily and harmlessly is the lineage that increases sons and wealth. Thus, the body is formed by four sets of seven and completed by nine, becoming the support for the ripening of the forty-nine-day habitual tendencies in the bardo. Then it grows even more. Boys look inward from the mother's right breast, and girls look outward from the left breast. This is because of the interdependent action of holding one's own family and going to another's family. Then boys are born in nine months and ten days, and girls are born in nine months. Because the wind actually flows from the Avadhūti channel into the left and right nostrils, the afflictions become coarser, dwelling in the ripeners of various karmas.

Furthermore, the maturation of the body through the four elements of relative reality is as follows: Earth element produces flesh; water element produces blood; fire element produces warmth; wind element produces breath. From flesh arises ignorance; from blood arises desire; from warmth arises anger; from breath arises pride, jealousy, and other diverse conceptualizations as causes and conditions. Desire causes the body to truly mature, initially arising from the instigation of desire. Anger causes blood to mature, initially arising from uttering sounds based on anger. Ignorance causes the mind to mature in various ways, initially arising from delusion from the fundamental ignorance. Thus, these three also ride on the horse of breath, giving rise to diverse conceptualizations of the three poisons. Among them, the manifestation of the maturation of ignorance is sleep; the manifestation of the maturation of desire is laughter; the manifestation of the maturation of anger is various dreams. As a sign that flesh is produced by ignorance, the more flesh one has, the more one sleeps. As a sign that warmth is produced by anger, one has more dreams when the external weather is warm and humid. When anger arises, the body becomes light and warmth arises, and one is diligent in speaking. As a sign that blood is produced by desire, agitation arises depending on the flow of blood. When desire arises, liquid elements such as moisture and dust arise. Furthermore, relying on flesh, the skandha of form increases; from blood arises the skandha of feeling; from warmth arises the skandha of consciousness; from breath arises the skandha of formation; relying on the outward movement of wind, the skandha of perception increases. Furthermore, flesh produces channels; channels produce wind; wind produces both karma and wisdom. Karma accumulates samsara; wisdom accumulates nirvana. Furthermore, relying on blood, serum is produced; serum produces bindu; bindu produces the five senses of relative maturation. The cause of the five senses is the five poisons; the condition is the five objects; from the aggregation of past, future, and present conceptualizations, it becomes the cause of samsara and nirvana. Among them, the four elements of ultimate reality are: white color extremely expanded, becomes the cause of the distant hook water lamp, arising from the channel of earth; red color extremely red, becomes the cause of the empty dot lamp, arising from the channel of water; yellow color extremely yellow, becomes the dharmadhatu
