May it increase and expand. I am the meaning of unborn wisdom, I am separate from the dharma of things, Because I have no characteristics, I liberate sentient beings from the tomb. Because compassion arises from me, I transcend the words of emptiness. Because clarity arises from me, I transform darkness into light. Thus it is said. Thus, the self-arisen wisdom of awareness is the dharmadhatu, for all the dharmas of samsara and nirvana arise from that realm, hence it is referred to as a treasury. Regarding this, there are endless ways of explaining the names, but it can be explained as the three vajra places. The basis, the naturally pure realm, the essence of the Sugata, the mind itself, naturally luminous, is the dharmadhatu, for all the spontaneously accomplished qualities are inherently present in that realm, therefore it dwells in a treasury of jewels. The path, the ripening empowerments in sequence, the power of spontaneously accomplished awareness together with empowerments, is the dharmadhatu because all good dharmas arise from it. The liberation, the extraordinary dharma of the guru's instructions and the practice of view, meditation, and conduct, is said to be like a jewel, and the experiences and realizations such as realization and samadhi arise without partiality, it should be known as the treasury of all qualities. The fruit, the self-aware, stainless, twofold pure dharmakaya is the dharmadhatu, the foundation of qualities dwells without impurity. The sambhogakaya is like a jewel because it is complete with spontaneously accomplished power. The nirmanakaya together with activities is shown to be like an excellent treasury because it completely fulfills the hopes of those to be tamed. Thus, the meaning of the names has been explained. Now, regarding the offering of prostrations, there are two parts. Briefly stated: Homage to glorious Samantabhadra, thus it is said. Glory is the attainment of the pure dharmakaya for one's own benefit, and like not moving from the dharmadhatu, benefiting sentient beings with the pure form body until samsara is empty for the benefit of others, is the meaning of the perfection of abandonment and realization. Where is this found? It is found in Samantabhadra, thus it is said. The primordial protector, having come as the lord of all of samsara and nirvana, whose virtuous activities are spontaneously accomplished, is the excellent guide who shows the path.

Therefore, to that perfect teacher who possesses complete authority, the author prostrates with great reverence through the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Then, is it only to him that we prostrate? Not only that, but all Buddhas who have attained Buddhahood in the essence of Samantabhadra, and therefore to them, and to all the dharmas of the ground, path, and fruition, all abiding in the five Samantabhadras, as a branch of understanding the object to be expressed, we prostrate. The teacher Samantabhadra, all the Buddhas, while abiding in Akanishta with the complete enjoyment body and the dharma body, emanate emanations to all the places of those to be tamed, performing the work of benefiting beings. As it is said in the Commentary on Valid Cognition: "Dispelling the net of conceptualization, possessing a profound and vast body, the rays of light of Samantabhadra, to the one who shines everywhere, I prostrate." Thus it is. The ground Samantabhadra is the dharmata of all dharmas, that is, suchness, which is called the self-nature Samantabhadra. The adornment Samantabhadra is the appearance of all dharmas, self-arising as the play of phenomena, which is the pure nature of illusion. The awareness Samantabhadra is the self-born wisdom, the essence of the Sugata. As it is said in the Uttaratantra: "The complete Buddha body appears for the sake of benefiting beings, and suchness is without distinction, because it possesses the Buddha-nature, therefore all sentient beings, constantly possess the Tathagatagarbha." That is what is said. The realization Samantabhadra is the reality of the nature, that is, having found the eye of liberation through perfect realization, which is called the path Samantabhadra. These are also as it is said in the Mirror of the Mind of Samantabhadra: "One should know that all dharmas are the nature of the five Samantabhadras." What are the five? They are the self-nature Samantabhadra, the adornment Samantabhadra, the teacher Samantabhadra, the awareness Samantabhadra, and the realization Samantabhadra. The above is a detailed explanation of the meaning of prostration. This is a praise to the mind of bodhichitta that is equal to space: Primordially spontaneously accomplished, wondrous and amazing dharma, self-born wisdom light, bodhichitta, is the treasury from which the container and contents of existence, samsara and nirvana arise, to the unmoving, free from elaboration, I prostrate. This summarizes the subject matter of this treatise in general. Among them, the self-nature of mind is naturally pure is primordial.
