One should act accordingly. Fourth, contemplate the law of cause and effect: contemplate that the present happiness and suffering are caused by good and bad deeds. Practice the ten virtues, abandon the ten non-virtues, and recite the Vajrasattva mantra to receive the transmission. Fifth, contemplate the faults of samsara: taking the suffering of human beings as an example, contemplate the suffering of the six realms, and generate from the depths of your heart the thought that you must be liberated from this samsara no matter what. Sixth, train the mind with the Mahayana Bodhicitta: among all dharmas, the Bodhicitta is the most supreme. I shall accomplish the benefit of myself and others. For this purpose, generate the Bodhicitta. Think like this, and generate the Bodhicitta on that day. Each of the above is one session of contemplation. Third, the preliminary practice of the life-force body: for several days, one should learn the twenty exercises of the body. By this, the elements and winds can be concentrated at the key points, so that unborn wisdom can be born, and born wisdom can be increased. The ritual will be described in detail below. Second, the actual practice is divided into five: the yoga of life-force, the yoga of effort, the yoga of the great seal of clear light, the yoga of transference, and the yoga of the intermediate state. First, divided into three, first learn visualization: sit in the lotus position, cover the knees with the palms of the hands, and straighten the neck. Exhale three times of impure air, and then slowly hold the breath. The air in the veins is shot out like an arrow, bent like a bow, and accumulated like a pond, these three. The key point of visualization: in the central channel, the central channel is blue-black, the right is the Roma channel, white, the left is the Jiangma channel, red. In the four chakras, the great bliss chakra, white, the enjoyment chakra, red, the heart chakra, blue, the navel chakra, red. Visualize (བཾ,vam,വം,seed syllable, representing the water element), (ལཾ,lam,ലം,seed syllable, representing the earth element), (ཨེ,e,ए,seed syllable, representing the fire element), (རཾ,ram,രം,seed syllable, representing the wind element) each according to its color. At the upper end of the Roma and Jiangma channels, air enters from the two nostrils, and at the lower end, it enters the central channel at the vulva. The air enters from here, and the center of the central channel and the four chakras are filled. Among them, the central channel is filled with five-colored air, like a rainbow. The four chakras are also filled with their respective colors. When accumulating, gradually increase the time. When shooting out, hold the breath as much as possible. When bending, be sure to be slow. Although the air arising from the four seasons is described here, there is nothing more profound than this.

If this key point is not practiced beforehand, it will cause wind obstruction, so it must be mastered. The standard is that from one to ten breaths now, it can be passed with one 'khuk pa'. Then, the second is to actually gain control, the body should take the lotus position, the hands should be clasped, with the palms on the knees. Do not think of any object of focus in the mind. The key point of the wind is to unconsciously block it, the lower gate should be very relaxed, and kumbhaka should be done in the secret place. There, forcefully press down the upper wind, this should be done in the stomach. Naturally, kumbhaka means that in the place where it is held, the wind fills that place. Then, as a sign that the wind has been grasped, in the time of twenty-four (breaths) of others, only one breath is exhaled, and the mind arises with non-conceptual samadhi as its own nature. Then, to master the equal abiding wind, contract the lower gate, do kumbhaka at the navel, do it three times, and in the time of two hundred and fifty-eight (breaths), only one breath is exhaled. When practicing like this, as a sign that the right wind has entered the central channel, in the space in front, there will appear sights like smoke and like clouds billowing. The signs that the winds of earth, water, fire, and wind have entered the central channel are that mirages, fireflies, lamps, and various lights will appear. The wind of space enters the non-conceptual wisdom clear light for half the time, and outwardly appears subtle bindus and blue light. When holding the wind, if the coarse wind is grasped from the right, the cessation of thoughts will be quick. If the gentle wind is grasped from the left, there will be more bliss. If the neutral wind is grasped at the same time, it will be easier to realize the clear light, but at this time, the wind that is moving from the right should be grasped. In the 'Five Stages of the Noble Path', it says: 'Wind is called the one who accomplishes all actions, this is the mount of consciousness, it is the nature of five, and also ten.' That is to say, the life wind, the pervasive wind, the fire-equalizing wind, the upward-moving wind, and the downward-voiding wind. The winds that move through the faculties of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body, are ten in total. Third, afterwards, to enhance with the equal abiding neutral wind, the body should take the lotus position, the hands should form the equal mudra, the eyes should stare straight ahead, and without thinking of any object of focus in the mind, the key point of the wind is that when exhaling, it should be very slow, and hold and maintain it for as long as possible. When inhaling, also prolong the inhalation for as long as possible.
