་བྱང་ཆུབ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་མཛོད། །བསྐལ་པ་དང་པོ་ལེགས་པར་ཆགས་ནས་གནས་པའི་སྐབས་ན་འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་དག་རྣམས་རྣམ་པར་བཀྲ་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོས་གང་བ་ཡིན་ཡང་མཐར་འཇིག་ཅིང་སྟོངས་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་ཚུལ་ལ་ལྟོས། ད་ལྟའི་སྣང་བ་དང་བདེ་བ་ཅུང་ཟད་ལ་ཆགས་པ་དག་རིགས་པ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། སྣོད་དང་བཅུད་དུ་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་མི་རྟག་ཅིང་འགྱུར་བའི་དཔེས་རང་གི་ཚེ་མི་རྟག་ཅིང་ཡུལ་ལ་མངོན་པར་སྐྱོ་བས། སྲིད་པར་དགའ་བ་རིང་དུ་སྤངས་ཏེ་ཐར་པ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལ་བརྩོན་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་གདམས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་མན་ངག་གི་བསྟན་བཅོས་ཡིད་བཞིན་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་མཛོད་ལས། འཇིག་པ་དང་སྟོངས་པ་བསྟན་པའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་དྲུག་པའི་རྒྱ་ཆེར་འགྲེལ་པའོ།། །། དྲུག་པ། འཇིག་པ་དང་སྟོངས་པ་བསྟན་པའི་ལེའུའི་འགྲེལ་པ།

请您成就菩提！最初劫圆满形成安住之时，这些世界虽然繁荣且充满众生，但最终观察其毁灭和空无的景象。现在对稍微的显现和安乐产生执着是不合理的。作为器和情器世间，一切都是无常和变化的例子，自己的生命也是无常的，并且对世间显现出厌倦，所以应长久舍弃对轮回的贪恋，努力修持殊胜的解脱之法，这是教诲。出自大乘窍诀论典《如意宝藏》，第六品“讲述毁灭和空无”的广释。

Please accomplish enlightenment! In the first kalpa, when it was well-formed and abiding, although these worlds were prosperous and filled with many beings, in the end, observe the manner in which they are destroyed and become empty. Attachment to the slight appearances and pleasures of the present is not reasonable. As examples of impermanence and change, all that are containers and contents, one's own life is impermanent, and with manifest weariness towards the world, one should abandon delight in existence for a long time and strive in the sacred Dharma of liberation. This is the instruction. From the Great Vehicle's Instruction Treatise, The Wish-Fulfilling Treasury, the extensive commentary on the sixth chapter, 'Showing Destruction and Emptiness.'
