Here, the method of performing longevity, fortune, and tsok offerings by relying on the means of practicing him. In three parts. First, the method of longevity practice, to be given during the Guru's Lama Yoga practice: Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ，श्री，hrīḥ， Seed syllable) The embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, the lord of immortal power, inseparable from him, Guru Padmasambhava, flawless wisdom free from decay.
