以慈悲之心，祈愿您长久住世，永不涅槃！ 为了使一切众生获得无上菩提， 我将永远皈依至尊怙主您！ 从现在起，我将接受共同和特殊的誓言和戒律，并如法奉行。 愿我三世所积累的功德力， 使一切众生从轮回的束缚中解脱， 并被尊贵的上师所摄受， 迅速获得一切智者的成就！ 如是行持七支供并受持戒律后，心中所想如意宝。 怙主，我向您祈请和祈祷： 愿利益和安乐之源——神圣的释迦牟尼佛的教法， 通过闻、思、修而得以弘扬光大！ 愿解脱的导师——持有教法的善知识们， 身体健康无恙，事业兴盛广大， 从而使所有常受痛苦的众生， 皆能安置于解脱的安乐之中！ 愿所有精进修持正法的人们， 对上师的虔诚达到圆满， 证悟断证圆满的上师之位， 从而成办无量利他事业！ 在尚未获得此果位的所有阶段中， 愿上师您恒时摄受我， 以身语意和受用令您欢喜， 愿慈悲的加持融入我的心续！ 如是祈祷后，我因无知和放逸所控制， 所造作的无明罪业， 皆于慈悲的您面前忏悔。 祈请以慈悲的本性予以宽恕！ 至尊怙主，您为了利益众生而行广大事业， 虽然法身不变， 但请将您的色身融入我的身体， 以大慈悲加持我！ 如是将上师融入自身。 愿我清净无染的信心之地， 开启这无尽供养的宝藏。 若有任何过失，祈请慈悲宽恕， 愿以功德力，一切众生皆被上师所摄受！ 如是修持上师瑜伽之法，乃是比丘金刚持、译师洛扎瓦·洛哲巴（Blo-gros-dpal，慧吉祥） 以信心所策发而著。 祈愿吉祥！ 题目：上师供仪轨：供养宝藏。

With compassion, I beseech you to remain for a long time, without passing into nirvana! For the sake of all beings attaining unsurpassed enlightenment, I always take refuge in you, the supreme protector! From now on, I will take the common and special vows and precepts, and practice them accordingly. May the power of the merit I have accumulated in the three times, liberate all beings from the bonds of samsara, and may they be taken care of by the glorious supreme guru, quickly attain the realization of the all-knowing one! Having performed the seven-branch offering and taken the vows, I pray to you, the wish-fulfilling jewel, O Protector: May the sacred Dharma of Shakyamuni, the source of benefit and happiness, flourish through hearing, contemplation, and meditation! May the spiritual friends, the upholders of the teachings, the leaders to liberation, be free from illness and their activities increase greatly, so that all beings who are constantly suffering, may be placed in the bliss of liberation! May all those who are diligent in practicing the sacred Dharma, perfect their devotion to the profound path of the guru, attain the state of the guru, having perfected abandonment and realization, and accomplish immeasurable benefit for others! In all situations before that is attained, may the supreme guru always hold me with kindness, may I please you with body, speech, and mind, and with possessions and virtue, and may your compassionate blessings enter my being! Having prayed thus, I, being ignorant and under the power of carelessness, confess all the collections of misdeeds I have committed. I beseech you, who are of the nature of compassion, to forgive me! Supreme protector, you perform vast deeds for the benefit of beings, although the Dharmakaya is unchanging, may your Rupakaya move upon my body, and bless me with great compassion! Thus, dissolve the guru into oneself. On the ground of my stainless faith, may I open this inexhaustible treasure of offerings. If there are any faults, please forgive them with compassion, and may all beings be taken care of by the guru through virtue! This method of practicing guru yoga was composed by the monk Vajradhara, the translator Lotsawa Lodrö Pal (Blo-gros-dpal, Glory of Intelligence), inspired by faith. May there be auspiciousness!
