If these five elixirs are consumed, yogis will gain longevity. Outwardly, feces are called Vairochana (all-illuminating one), powerful, solidifying into ghee through power. Inwardly, it is feces itself, these components are equal. Urine, outwardly, is Vishnu (the pervader), the lord of men, which is royal jelly, and inwardly, it is urine itself. Blood, outwardly, is safflower, and inwardly, it is a woman's menstrual blood, these components are equal. Semen, outwardly, is mercury, and inwardly, it is semen itself, these components are equal. Human flesh, outwardly, is three fruits (three kinds of myrobalan), and inwardly, it is marrow, these components are also equal. Therefore, one part of feces, plus a part less than meat and marrow, half a part of blood, one part of semen, mix these together, soak them in urine seven times, and then repeatedly dry them in the sun. After that, eat about two measures (of gold) of ghee and honey each day, and within six months, longevity will be granted, avoiding leaves, sour foods, sesame oil, salt, women, and sexual activity. The above is the determination of the five elixirs. Now, regarding the teaching of inhaling flowers through meditation. Here, meditation refers to fully injecting life force into the central channel. Being with meditation is 'being with meditation.' Flowers refer to a woman's menstrual blood. Outwardly, it is royal jelly, that is, royal jelly is equal to a woman's menstrual blood. If one inhales flowers through meditation, then for those who are with meditation, their white hair and aging, as well as physical ailments, will disappear within six months. The above is the determination of inhaling (flowers). Now, the five lamps are taught, that is, mixing the meat of cows, dogs, (elephants), pigs, horses, and humans with the vomit of honeybees, that is, the five lamps mixed with honey, eating these will eliminate all diseases. Another vomit of honeybees is honey wine, and in conjunction with this, all diseases will be eliminated. The above is the determination. Mixing the (internal) fluid of a woman's menstrual blood, that is, the nature of the outer and inner as previously stated, if eaten for a year, it will definitely eliminate aging, the above is the determination as previously stated. It is the enemy of Bekan (Tibetan: བད་ཀན, literal meaning: Phlegm)! What can destroy Bekan is snow water and three kinds of hot medicines, whether the extract of the medicine (Tibetan: རིལ་བུའམ་ཕྱེ་མ, literal meaning: pills or powder) is eaten, or the decoction (Tibetan: ཐང, literal meaning: soup) is drunk, it can be effective. (Or) what can destroy Bekan is the milk of a female goat, which has three kinds of heat. The milk of a female buffalo mixed with sugar is the enemy of bile disease (Tibetan: འཁྲིས་པ, literal meaning: bile). What can calm Lung (Tibetan: རླུང, literal meaning: wind) is the milk of a female sheep mixed with salt. For the three diseases, the milk of a cow mixed with the corresponding amount of salt, etc., can calm Lung, bile disease, and Bekan. Similarly, ghee (Tibetan: མར, literal meaning: ghee) (or) it is said that cow's ghee, for people without infectious diseases, can calm the three diseases (Lung, bile disease, Bekan) (including the previous three tastes of sour, astringent, and bitter), this is certain. In order to calm oral and other diseases, sesame oil and other oils are boiled. Now, to explain the sesame oil and other oils boiled for the purpose of alleviating oral and other diseases, such as 'Zati' and so on. Here, in all cases, the amount of water is eight times that of the medicine.
