May they, upon birth, immediately practice the sacred Dharma with diligence and uphold the precepts! May this world be blessed with good harvests and livestock, and may unpleasant events such as wars not occur anywhere! May the suffering of the four hundred and four diseases and all afflictions that harm sentient beings be quickly pacified! Knot of the heart. Homage to enlightenment! Awaken, awaken! Shake, shake! Do, do! Do, do, do, do, do, do! Laugh, laugh! Bind, bind! Enter, enter! Hūṃ, hūṃ, hūṃ! Phaṭ, phaṭ, phaṭ, svāhā! Homage to Mañjuśrī! Kumārabhūta! Bodhisattva Mahāsattva! Great compassionate one! Thus: Oṃ, without dust! Away from dust! Pure! Extremely pure! Purifier, extremely purifier! Immaculate! Away from impurity! Victory banner! Quickly, proceed! Hūṃ, hūṃ, hūṃ! Phaṭ, phaṭ, svāhā! Of those dharmas that arise from a cause, the Tathāgata has told the cause, and also their cessation; this is the doctrine of the Great Śramaṇa. In the profound and vast sky of wisdom, with the rays of light emanating from the wheel of intelligence, dispelling the darkness of ignorance of beings, I pay homage to Mañjuśrī. From now until the essence of enlightenment, you are the only guide and protector of happiness. Wherever I am born in the six realms due to karma, please, Mañjuśrī, protect me from the fears of samsara.
