'May all the harms of drought and flood be quelled in an instant.' May the Victorious Ones bestow their blessings! Then, holding a string of white crystal beads, etc., recite the mantra of the Three Roots: 'Om Ah Hum Hrih Vajra Guru Deva Dakini Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum Ah'. Arrange the offerings: 'Om Naga Bumba Shig Jati Chum Brawa Draw from the root Naga Raja Khatham'. Link this together. Recite this mantra hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands of times, or however many times you can manage, without letting saliva fall. At the end of the recitation, sprinkle the water on the ground. Finally, pray: 'May I quickly attain Avalokiteshvara,' etc. 'Avalokiteshvara, your body,' etc. 'May the world be peaceful and the harvest be good,' etc. 'Thousands of obstacles,' etc. Dedicate the merit and make aspirations to the best of your ability. Then, go to the field where the ritual needs to be performed. Summon some people who are born in the years of the Rat, Pig, and Ox, have them wear gray clothes and shoes, and stand on white stones. First, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta, and then, as before, visualize these people as Avalokiteshvara. The difference is: 'These people are white Avalokiteshvara.' From 'May all the harms of drought and flood be quelled in an instant' to 'May the Victorious Ones bestow their blessings!' recite this passage. Have them hold the previously prepared wet soil, mantra water, pottery, etc., in their left hands, and hold a white whisk, etc., in their right hands to scatter. Sprinkle from the center of the field outwards. If you know the previous mantra, recite it loudly. If you don't know it, go with them and recite the mantra loudly. Visualize countless streams of water flowing from the nectar vase in Avalokiteshvara's left hand, washing away all the drought and flood disasters, turning the field into a vajra ground, and all the crops growing upright as vajras. Cover the outside with a vajra net, tent, and awning, so that drought and flood disasters will not occur. Then, as before, dedicate the merit and make aspirations to the best of your ability. This is the method of dispelling drought and flood disasters. Perform this two or three times, or as many times as needed. Second, preventing wet flood disasters. The method of preventing wet flood disasters is to choose an auspicious day when the elements of the boy, fire, wind, and earth are strong. Take clean sand from the riverbank that has not been stepped on by people before, as well as the bones of dogs, dragons, and oxen (that have not been in contact with soil or water), and white barley, turquoise, conch shells, pearls, etc. Grind these into powder, mix them together, and put them in a white cloth bag to make a blessed object. Visualize yourself as the deity as before. The difference is: 'Radiating light, harming sentient beings, black and damp earth gods, nagas, evil spirits, may all wet flood disasters be quelled in an instant.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Recite 'Power to Subdue' etc. as before. For the mantras of the Three Roots, perform 'Bsham Bu' (a special recitation method): 'Kam Kam, किंग किंग, कुंग कुंग (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, emptiness emptiness emptiness),' reciting 'binding the beak of Tsa, the beak of Padma Ratza.' After naming it thus, recite it many times, blow air to bless it, and then perform dedication, prayers, and auspicious words. Then, in the field, for those born in the years of the Dog, Dragon, Ox, and Sheep, and those who wear black hats, black clothes, and hold vajras, first generate refuge and Bodhicitta, visualize as Avalokiteśvara, hold the dry grains in the white cotton bag in the left hand, and scatter them from the beginning of the field to the end as if sowing seeds, and recite the mantra. If you know how to recite, or recite loudly yourself. Visualize countless white lights emanating from the crystal rosary in Avalokiteśvara's right hand, subduing all 'Tsa,' and perform the protective circle, dedication, and prayers as before. 7-367 This is the method of protecting the wet 'Tsa'. Third, protecting the mottled 'Tsa'. Third, if mottled 'Tsa' appears, it is necessary to follow the six steps mentioned in the scriptures: materials, dependent origination, meditation, mantra, sequence, and cutting off before and after. Therefore, adopt all the cutting-off methods mentioned in the scriptures. First, the sequence: perform the rituals of Amoghapasha, Medicine Buddha, Shri Devi, Sarvanivarana-Vishkambhin, Eight Lights, Jewel Box Seal, and the Dharani of the Nagas, doing as much as possible. Three portions of torma and water offerings to the Nagas are necessary. Then, mix the materials mentioned earlier for protecting dry and wet 'Tsa', as well as mixed soil and sand, white mustard seeds, clean riverside sand, soil from many stupas, soil swept by many monks, silver ash or silver powder, etc., and place them in any container. Visualize and recite as before. For the materials protecting dry and wet 'Tsa', recite their respective mantras; for the mixed soil and sand, recite 'Om Naga Bhum Sa Shig (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Om Naga Earth Breath)' etc. as 'Bsham Bu'; for white mustard seeds, recite 'Kam Kam' etc. as 'Bsham Bu', any number; for the mixture of riverside sand and stupa soil, recite 'Om Naga Bhum Sa (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Om Naga Earth)' etc. as 'Bsham Bu' 50,000 times and scatter. All materials are blessed with the mantras of Vajra Guru and Phurba, etc., whichever deity you rely on, as well as the mantra of 'Sme Tsek', and the encircling mantra 'Om Vajra Amrita Kundali Hana Hana Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Om Vajra Amrita Kundali Hana Hana Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha)', and the heart mantra of the goddess Tenma 'Om Prithvi Bhyah Svaha (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Om Earth Goddess Svaha)', and 'Ye Dharma' etc., each recited as much as possible and blown with breath to bless, and it will be accomplished as before. Draw some naked human figures on paper, write 'Ra' at the heart of the yellow figure, 'Za' at the heart of the red figure, and at the heart of the blue figure... 7-368 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
