A Concise Arrangement for Fulfilling the Vows of Glorious Great Black Vajra, the Lord of the Tent. A Concise Arrangement for Fulfilling the Vows of Glorious Great Black Vajra, the Lord of the Tent. Namo Guru Shri Maha Kalaya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思: Homage to the Guru, Shri Mahakala). Gathering all the power and strength of the Victorious Ones, Manifesting in the form of a Vajra Rakshasa, Bestowing the profound accomplishments, To the supreme Lama, the Black One, I bow. The means of relying upon and practicing that deity, From the treatises of Tibetan and Indian scholars and accomplished ones, By whatever means one takes to practice, Here, I will explain the arrangement for fulfilling the vows. Here, to create a concise, meaningful arrangement for fulfilling the vows of the Glorious Great Black Vajra, the Lord of the Tent, as an offering that pleases the Buddhas, on special occasions when Dakinis gather, such as the eighth, fourteenth, twenty-third, and twenty-ninth days of the month, in front of the representations of the Lama or the images of this deity, cover the seat with cloth, scatter various grains on the base, and place a three-sectioned skull cup, or an iron plate, a copper vessel, or an earthenware plate, or a clean seat. Mix unroasted black barley flour, alcohol, blood, butter, the twenty-five substances, and powdered nectar pills to create an adorned Torma in a triangular pyramid shape, with a blunt apex. The three sides are painted with black in the center and red on the edges. The thumb-pinched opening faces outward, about half the size of a hundred Tormas. The center and apex are decorated with white butter circles. Place an unprocessed brown sugar slab in the center, decorated with a meatball and a thumb-sized ornament. If making a top frame, stack skull blood nectar in the center, along with a curved knife with a Vajra handle. Decorate the edges with flames, using butter colors, gold leaf, or whatever is beautiful. Erect black figures of Garuda, birds, horses, yaks, dogs, sheep, and people. On a three-sectioned bamboo pole, attach three or four vulture feathers, and bind a three-sided iron arrow with red bull sinew. Paint the opening of a conch shell with red cinnabar and attach a black silk scarf to its neck. Starting from the left side of the offerings, fill skull cups and other vessels with blood offerings. Flowers of the five senses, skull brains, gugul incense, burning melted black butter lamps, shrouds, bile urine, and offerings called meat bone meals, with the lower third rounded and the upper two-thirds triangular, adorned with blood. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A branch adorned with flowers, therefore, as before, prepare two waters, flowers, incense, butter lamps, perfumes, and food for peaceful offerings. In front of the practitioner, from left to right, place the inner offering, bell, vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Chinese literal meaning: diamond), hand drum, scattered offerings, and other instruments such as drums, conch shells, thighbone trumpets, offerings, Guggulu incense, banners, feast offerings, etc., as much as possible. First, generate the deity: With the thought of liberating all beings, I take refuge in the Lama, Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha until I attain enlightenment. I will always take refuge. With wisdom and compassion, I will diligently work for the benefit of sentient beings. In front of the Buddhas, I vow to generate the perfect Bodhicitta. Recite three times. Recite the Four Immeasurables. Recite: Om, emptiness, wisdom, vajra, nature, I (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཤུ་ནྱཱ་ཏཱ་ཛྙ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭཱ་བྷ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ śūnyātā jñāna vajra svābhāva ātmako'haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, emptiness, wisdom, vajra, nature, I). From emptiness, on top of the lotus and sun, and the four maras, I myself appear as Hevajra, with eight faces and sixteen arms, four legs embracing the Nairatmya. Holding implements, wearing ornaments, posture, etc., all complete. At the heart is the Hum syllable, surrounded by mantras. Om Deva Pitsu Hum Hum Hum Phet Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་དེ་ཝ་པི་ཙུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ deva picu hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om Deva Pitsu Hum Hum Hum Phet Svaha). Recite as much as possible, which is the generation of the deity. Offering the Torma, purification: From the Hum syllable at the heart, nectar flows, the wrathful assembly is green, holding various vajras in their left and right hands, emitting flames, expelling all obstacles. Recite: The tip of the vajra sprinkles from the inner offering to the Torma, etc. Purify. Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho'ham (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Self-nature Pure All Dharma Self-nature Pure I). Purification means forcibly contemplating that all offerings are not established in emptiness, thereby purifying impure things. From emptiness, all offerings, from the letter A, transform into three skull cups, white on the outside, red on the inside, with the forehead facing forward. Vast and spacious, melting from the Hum syllable, transforming into offering water, foot washing water, flowers, incense, butter lamps, perfumes, and food, as well as various musical instruments, as peaceful offerings. In addition, in the same skull cup, filled with the sea of blood that destroys enemies and obstacles, as well as eyes, ears, noses, tongues, hearts, bones, marrow, burning smoke, sesame oil, butter, meat, silk, bile, medicinal perfumes, meat, blood, mountains of bones as food, thighbone trumpets, skull drums, the sound of musical instruments. Furthermore, on the wind and fire skull cup, in the vast and spacious skull vessel, filled with the meat and feces of cows, dogs, horses, elephants, and humans, melted blood, brains, urine, and demon blood. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
