Visualize offering with the goddess holding a skull cup (Kapaladhara), and verbally recite the names of the root guru: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Similarly, recite the names of the lineage gurus, the deities of the mandala, the Buddhas of the ten directions, the Bodhisattvas, the Pratyekabuddhas, the Arhats, the Dharma protectors, and the Yaksha wealth deities: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). May they be pleased and satisfied, and grant all accomplishments. Visualize all sentient beings of the six realms, including parents, as manifestations of the Yidam deity, and recite: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). May all sentient beings of the six realms be free from all suffering. Visualize all those seeking revenge and repayment of debts, and all harmful beings, both human and non-human, as manifestations of the Yidam deity, and recite: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). May all debts be repaid, all vengeful thoughts be pacified, and all malice be eliminated. Offer the remaining nectar and its container, as well as all the essences of this world, the five meats, the five nectars, and the five wisdoms, combined to create the wisdom nectar that generates great bliss without outflows, to the root guru. Please bless me so that the wisdom of great bliss may quickly and without error arise in my mindstream. Offer in this way without reservation. Secret offering: Visualize offering a consort with perfect qualities, emanated from one's own mind, and say that the guru father and mother enter into union, filling their mindstreams with great bliss. Such is said. Offering of Suchness: The offering substances, the objects of offering, and the offerer are inseparable from one's own mind, and are placed equally in the state of non-conceptual suchness. Receiving Accomplishments: Think that the guru is the embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, possessing the nature of the four kayas and five wisdoms, and with extraordinary devotion, pray earnestly from the depths of your heart, reciting: I pray to the glorious root guru, the embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times. Please grant the four empowerments to my body, speech, and mind. Recite once. Then visualize the wealth deities dissolving into the Dharma protectors, the Dharma protectors dissolving into the Shravakas, the Shravakas dissolving into the Pratyekabuddhas, the Pratyekabuddhas dissolving into the Bodhisattvas, the Bodhisattvas dissolving into the Buddhas, the Buddhas dissolving into the Yidam, the Yidam dissolving into the lineage gurus, and the lineage gurus dissolving into the root guru, even if the root guru is not the root guru from whom one received empowerment, but is inseparable from him, and since all refuge objects are emanations of him, there is no fault. Recite and visualize dissolving into the root guru. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thereupon, with intense devotion, contemplate that the essence of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is embodied in the Lama. Vocally recite: From the Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) at the Lama's forehead, white light and a rosary of Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) syllables emerge. They dissolve into your own forehead, filling your body. Purify the impurities of the body's channels, receive the vase empowerment, and the blessing of the body enters. From the Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Āḥ) at the Lama's throat, red light and a rosary of Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Āḥ) syllables emerge. They dissolve into your own throat, filling your body, purifying the impurities of speech and letters, receive the secret empowerment, and the blessing of speech enters. From the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) at the Lama's heart, blue light and a rosary of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllables emerge. They enter through your left nostril, filling your body. At the heart, it transforms into the form of the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). Purify the impurities of the mind's nectar, receive the empowerment of wisdom and awareness, and the blessing of the mind enters. From the Lama's body, speech, and mind, three lights of white, red, and blue, and a rosary of three syllables emerge. They dissolve into your three places, filling your body. Purify the impurities and habitual tendencies of the three—body, speech, and mind—and the essence, awareness, and winds, receive the fourth empowerment, and all the blessings of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities enter, giving rise to innate wisdom in the continuum.' Recite this and rest in equipoise for a moment. Again, supplicate Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen, the essence of all Buddhas of the three times, who has completely abandoned the stains of delusion. 'Please bless my continuum.' Recite this three times. Having supplicated in this way, from the Jetsun's body, a second body emerges like one lamp giving rise to two flames, enters your crown, and dissolves into light as the essence of great bliss, becoming inseparable from you. 'The Lama's body, speech, and mind and your own body, speech, and mind mix indivisibly, transforming into the nature of bliss and emptiness.' Recite this and rest in equipoise for a moment in the state of union, the great seal. Then comes the concluding activity: 'By this merit, may all beings throughout the expanse of space...' etc., as in the conclusion of the Lama Chöpa, up to the auspicious verses. If you prefer brevity, from the blessing of the offerings up to the invocation and absorption of the wisdom being, do as before. The supplication to Jetsun can be long or short, as you know. Practice from abandoning attachment and add the dedication and aspiration prayers at the appropriate time. If it is very brief, then it is as taught by Sangye Püntsok. If there is no physical representation, when visualizing in the sky, there is no need for one lamp giving rise to two flames; the Lama Jetsun Rinpoche transforms into light... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- དུ་ཞུ་ནས་རང་
