In order to meditate on its meaning, visualize as follows: Visualize yourselves as bright goddesses, with a red ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) at the navel. From there, emit red, clear light, like the fine threads of a lotus flower, extending upwards from the crown of the head, touching the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) at the crown. Then, the light enters the skull, reaching the forehead. Circling counterclockwise, it passes through the left ear, the back of the head, the right ear, and then exits through the hole of the right ear. The wind from the right ear blows through the shaft of the উৎপala arrow, the tip touching the arrowhead, causing the arrowhead to open. From it, light radiates, illuminating the ten directions. Touching the hearts of all sentient beings, which are coextensive with the expanse of space, it touches the inseparable wind and bindu, which are the basis of consciousness, in the form of ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) or ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). Then, they completely merge into the light. All the light gathers back into your left nostril, visualize them dissolving into the ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) at the navel, and remain in that state for a short while. Then, the elements of all sentient beings are gathered into your own bindu, which is the secret empowerment. Then, from the ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), a little light rises upwards, focus your awareness on the bliss of body and mind, and remain in that state for a short while. This is the generation of the wisdom of bliss, i.e., the wisdom of prajna, etc. To introduce their meaning: Without beginning, middle, or end, without existence, sorrow, or cessation, this is the supreme great bliss, without self or other. Its meaning is: your own mind-essence is the nature of non-dual wisdom, the suchness that is empty of all three—arising, abiding, and ceasing—and the supreme, unchanging great bliss that is free from all dualistic thoughts of samsara and nirvana, appearing as the form of the deity, the indivisible bliss-emptiness, like the sky. Having ascertained this, relax your awareness and remain in that state for a short while. This is the introduction to the Great Seal of bliss-emptiness union, i.e., the fourth empowerment. Therefore, all four empowerments of subjugation, at the end of the empowerment, are free from elaboration. This offering of Phurba is a profound teaching of the Sakya school, superior to other teachings, a method for effortlessly accomplishing the supreme common siddhis. Through these, the auspicious words are as before. This is the common and uncommon permission of Jetsun Rigjema, the tradition of Kha'u Dragdzongpa, a record of the permission of Ananta and Buddhashri. Tsarchen Rinpoche's small and large sadhanas, Je Wangchuk Rabten's clarification of the permission of the three red practices, and the texts of Nesar Dorjechang. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

主要依据生起次第和圆满次第的观修要点,并稍稍补充了俄尔钦·贡觉伦珠(Ngorchen Konchog Lhundrup)的著作,力求内容不带个人臆造的成分。萨迦派的阿旺贡噶洛哲(Ngagwang Kunga Lodro)为了满足自己和有缘分、有共同追求的深奥法义者的愿望而撰写此文,愿甚深口耳传承的珍贵教法长久住世!吉祥!吉祥!

Primarily based on the key points of visualization for the generation stage and completion stage, and slightly supplemented by the writings of Ngorchen Konchog Lhundrup. Striving for content without personal fabrication, Ngagwang Kunga Lodro of the Sakya school wrote this to fulfill the wishes of himself and those fortunate ones who share a similar pursuit of profound Dharma. May the precious teachings of the profound oral transmission lineage remain long! Mangalam! Mangalam! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
