Water dissolves into the moon. The moon dissolves into the bindu. The bindu dissolves into the nada The nada also becomes invisible, transforming into the state of clear light emptiness. Remain in this state for as long as possible. When thoughts arise, instantly transform into the form of the Holy Tara (Jetsunma Drolma). By this merit, may I quickly attain the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel (Yidzhin Khorlo), and without exception, may I establish all beings in that state. May I live a hundred years, see a hundred autumns, and be blessed with longevity, health, happiness, and abundance. May the auspiciousness of inevitably entering the Supreme Vehicle (Thegpa Chokla) bring well-being and goodness today. And so forth, prayers and auspicious words are spoken. Thus, concerning White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, there is the lineage from Jowo Je, the lineage from Gnyan Lotsawa, the lineage from Bari Lotsawa, and the lineage from the Kashmiri Pandit Shakya Shri. This is a compilation of the essential points from the four different traditions that have spread in Tibet. Primarily, it is the Bariwa lineage, the practice with wondrous stories that Lama Slenagpa gave to the virtuous friend Geshe Srepa, said to be the most profound of longevity practices. Therefore, concerning the longevity practice of the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel that bestows longevity, the instructions of Tsarchen Yabse are compiled together, and they are also written in the same style. At the request of the steward Sonam Chokden, to fulfill the need for clear and explicit White Tara longevity practice texts for various monasteries, Sakyapa Kunlo quickly composed this. May it be virtuous! Proofread complete! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
